Hello, Sir or MadameJust a few lines to state that the Wendy's operation on Kelly and 7 mile seems to be out of control who manages this place drive thru is slow as well as the dinning room area always seeing employees at lunch time smoking outside, and making excuses during lunch rush hour. No one is in charge here therefore my business will never be spent here again! NEVER RECOMMENED...they too busy about the wrong things!!!

Had my Daughter pickup Dinner @ wendys on 3/22/24 being that's what the kids wanted. First off fries were super salty. ordered a chicken BLT got a hard chicken.oatty with lettuce, ordered a Dave's double and the burger was not cooked. Now I like a good medium burger or steak however, not from Wendys. A Few people did not eat because it wasn't edible. The customer service is hit or.miss so.is the food.

I placed an order via Pick Up Window for one medium spicy Asiago chicken club with medium i fries and a fruit punch. I also asked for and pay for a Boo Book that was never put in with my order. My fries were burnt and dried out and my chicken sandwich was not cooked to a safe internal temperature I also called to speak to someone four times to no avail.

Wendy very slowly in service very slow, bad food. I even do Uber eats at different locations its very slow. To many younger people there that play a lot don't take work seriously. Treat new hiring people boldly on how they interviewed. I don't like Wendy's I think they will go out of business.

disgusted, disappointed, and disturbed. Do you all not take doordash orders seriously. Missing my drink, and nuggets sauce. My burger was cold!! I asked for no mayo and got mayo! I’m dissatisfied and i’m upset…$23 i used to get $3 worth of service…fast food or not take your time and make sure i have everything i ordered. I will NOT be placing another order here again. Do better Wendys!
