I placed an order via Pick Up Window for one medium spicy Asiago chicken club with medium i fries and a fruit punch. I also asked for and pay for a Boo Book that was never put in with my order. My fries were burnt and dried out and my chicken sandwich was not cooked to a safe internal temperature I also called to speak to someone four times to no avail.
Wow, I ordered a Wendy's Dave Double and I was impressed by how big my burger was.However I ordered a Double without tomatoAnd ketchup but got a big burger with everything and a big peace of lettuce that was bad. Other then that I was happy!!

Hello, Sir or MadameJust a few lines to state that the Wendy's operation on Kelly and 7 mile seems to be out of control who manages this place drive thru is slow as well as the dinning room area always seeing employees at lunch time smoking outside, and making excuses during lunch rush hour. No one is in charge here therefore my business will never be spent here again! NEVER RECOMMENED...they too busy about the wrong things!!!
