“I stopped by for a treat at the Dexter Dairy QueenIt has been over 14 years since my last visitThe girl who took my order did not give me back my changeThen she proceeded to make my banana split without washing her handsPerhaps a little more training from the manager for cash training and to wash their handsThe banana split was good“

“A great drive-in A&W located between Pinckney and Ann Arbor! Very easily seen from the road, a very unique looking building! Lots of parking, well lit, busy lot. Can get busy at times, but the wait is never long. Food is hot, fresh and well prepared! Service is fast and courteous. Definitely recommend stopping by, even if just for a min!“

“Love this labor of love place. We’ve been going since they were just pop-ups and loved everything we’ve tried. The breakfast galette is particularly addicting. Die hard fans for keeps.Parking: The lot is small on a tough and busy corner. But typically there is a spot open!“

“Fabulous food, great new location with additional indoor and outdoor seating (the top deck of the bus is still so much fun, but it's great to have more options), everything on the menu is safely gluten free, and the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. We love 1923!“

“Brandon and Jennifer are great, Brian just ok ?. Tried everything and left with some 32 oz. Visit for ciders, stay for the treating of out of towners like locals. Very friendly, immediately felt welcome. Too bad they're only open for 12-4 on Sundays, could have stayed longer. Great atmosphere, patio is incredible, can't say enough about the personalized service experienced here.“

“EDIT/UPDATE: the restaurant handled this with so much care and understanding, I change my review to 5 stars. The food is incredible here (the best black bean burger I’ve eaten in my life) and the workers are so nice. Everybody makes mistakes and I’m glad we got it sorted out. Thank you Eve and Frita! The food is good. However THEY MISLABELED THE BURGERS. I ordered black bean and my friend ordered chorizo so I accidentally ate the chorizo bc they labeled them wrong and I’m Muslim and can’t eat pork or haram meat and I realized it when it didn’t taste like black bean. This is a mistake on their part, luckily I wasn’t allergic to anything in the other burger otherwise it could’ve been really bad. Just disappointed they labeled it wrong, just double check.“

“The food here is almost always great. The only issue I've ran into here was this last time we dined in.. Service was great, food was great, but the cooks mouth was just really foul. It was really bad. I consider myself pretty laid back but the things being said that day should've been said in a CLOSED kitchen at the very least. I realize it's A2 but if my 4 year old wasn't wearing his headphones, playing on his tablet, we might have had to complain. We'll still visit but it'll most likely be carryout from now on ?.“

“This place is all vegan ? I ordered the banh mi and it was pretty good overall. Service was also pretty quick, which was nice. The only downside in my opinion is that the portion size is kinda small so I was still a bit hungry ? even after my meal! Note: this place is usually very busy so be prepared to wait a lil ⏲️“

“The best ice cream in Ann Arbor. Periodt. I'm always blown away by the flavors they have and how delicious it is. Their space is in such a great spot in Ann Arbor that during the summer you'll find a line out the front! You can the any flavor before deciding and take pints home too. My favorite flavor is their balsamic strawberry. The best!“
“Bennett is the best! We were looking for somewhere local that made mango sago for a surprise for one of our kids, and we figured out that Marupo's Egg Tarts used to sell the dish. When we explained our idea, Bennett said he would make a special batch just for our family! We picked it up yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. All of their other treats look great too. So happy to have found this local business!“
“Came for Trivia, stayed after for the incredible food and beer. I’ve only had Smooj before so I wasn’t sure what to expect from their food or other beer but boy was I surprised! The Bulgogi Burrito was so delicious and the rice lager hit the spot. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in Ann Arbor, you won’t be disappointed.“

“This place is one of the unsung heroes of Ann Arbor - delicious, nourishing food featuring local farms, and one of the friendliest staff teams around. Our whole family loves eating here. The outdoor seating with heaters is such a boon during chilly weather! We also appreciate that they are one of a few places that are accommodating/sensitive to food allergy needs. The seasonal desserts (peach/blueberry tarts, pumpkin muffins, etc) are our favorites!“
“In the area and was looking for a local Brewery/ bar food experience. We totally loved our evening setting at the bar talking to the locals. We felt like we was a parts of their group. Even though we are "Buckeye"!!! ?? thank you Ann Arbor friends ?? almost forgot "Great Brewery Food" ?“
“This neighborhood bar may be unassuming from the outside, but when you arrive upstairs it's a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's not the largest place, but the smaller size just adds to the cozy character. The menu has a number of excellent cocktail and drink options with excellent bartenders. Personally, the Hurricane drink that they make is my favorite. If you want an intimate evening of drinks with a date or a night with a few friends, this is the perfect place.“

“This ice cream shop is trully one of the most goated ones in Ann Arbor. The ice cream is very good! They have a lot of flavours. The donuts are also very delicious. Outside of ice cream and donuts they have plenty of alcoholic beverages, everyday needs (milk, eggs). The vibe in the cafe/shop is also very cozy since a lot of people come here and just sit and enjoy. The only thing that I can comment on is I think they should renew/ renovate the place a little bit. Anywayyy the service was so nice omg???genuenly the sweetest people ever.?“

“I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

“The beer garden I visited was a lively oasis, perfect for unwinding and socializing. Set amidst lush greenery and rustic charm, it offered a refreshing escape from city life. The variety of beers on tap catered to every taste, from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs and rich stouts. The casual ambiance encouraged mingling with fellow patrons, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Overall, it was a memorable experience worth revisiting.“
“I LOVE cahoots! Their lattes are delicious and their house made syrups really make the difference! The vibe is very calm and quiet. They are a co-working space as well so you’ll be hard pressed to find a place to sit and enjoy your latte but you won’t regret trying them.“

“A good selection of rotating beers. The loaded beer cheese pretzels are a good way to start the meal. Awesome BLT, the Confit nueske's bacon must be tried at least once in a life time. Can't go wrong with any of the burgers. We also enjoy the Bi Bim Bap bowls, they are a good choice as well.“

“I went in to get a coffee and work on my computer but they must have changed the rules because you can no longer access the tables that are partially in the library before library hours so not enough space before 10am. Always great coffee though!“

“This was a good stop on our bar crawl. The staff were friendly and helpful and fast. And the drinks were good. Only complaint is they only have 2 single person restrooms available for the whole bar and it was absolutely packed. So the line for the restroom was excessive.“

“My standard order is a decaf latte, and it's admittedly pretty difficult to get a good decaf espresso no matter where I go. The drink I got didn't quite taste like a decaf latte; it tasted like some sort of coffee product, but almost like if a drip had some steamed milk added to it. Certainly drinkable, but just not exactly what I was going for. The service was great, though! Friendly baristas, and reasonable pricing.“

“I love Sweetwaters! Great spot to study downtown with wonderful employees. Last time I was there I had the pleasure of being served by “Julia.” She made me the best dirty chai I’ve ever had. Lovely human being. I look forward to coming back! ?“

“Three words: chocolate pistachio croissant. You'll thank me later. Super yummy and rich but not overly sweet. Baked to perfection. Thank you to the staff for recommending it to me! I hadn't been in there because its location across from the stadium which makes it impossible to drive by or park for several months out of the year. But a Sunday afternoon in late February? Great! The space is so modern and clean inside and they have some outdoor seating too!“

“This is a place not to be missed! We started with cookies. Great! We tried some of their “confections.” Wow! Their baked goods. Top notch! The pasties are among the best that I’ve ever tasted. After the pąckis this week, I just had to post this review! I’ve always loved the raspberry ones. I love them even more now! You really need to to “discover” this place for yourself!“

“We went for an early Valentine's date and I couldn't be more pleased with our decision to try this place out! The bread at the beginning of the meal was a little dry and oddly paired with a sweet butter, but then we ordered a pretzel and the cheese sauce it came with was some of the best I've ever had. Then came the French Dip and sweet potato fries. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The waiter informed me that they had made some recipe changes and instead of caramelized onions and garlic aoili it is now served with fried onions and horseradish sauce. Whoever made those changes deserves a raise. Granted I've never tried the previous version of this sandwich, but it's current iteration is the perfect combination of flavors and textures. I'm not sure if I'll ever enjoy another French dip again. And the sweet potatoes fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside, but so soft and sweet inside. I will absolutely be back... And soon!“

“I do lap swim in a pool across the street. When I do, I think about what I am going to eat after I am done. This place very often comes to my mind. Food is good but expensive. I guess because you are hit with triple whammies. Ann Arbor... expensive. Anything Zingerman...expensive. Anything eating out nowaways...expensive..While swimming, I realized that Webbers Inn brunch would be about the same as my favorite fish soup and sweet potato fries here. Maybe it is a silly comparison but long story short, good food but bit expensive..When you go, definitely try sweet potato fries..“

“We visited over lunch on a Saturday. We bought lunch from Ratterman Bread Haus and brought it over to the brewery. We had a flight and really liked the Chocolate Raspberry Stout. They had sodas and lemonade for non drinkers. The room was busy but there was still a table immediately available. They also sell coffee and hot cocoa. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking, right next to the Border to Border trail.“
