“I would say a 4 star is pushing it, but it needs some work. The lady who was working the cash messed up our order, and could not figure out how to remove a drink and fries from the order. Then to make it easier, we added a second sandwich and made sure it was easier. Couldn't find it at first then found it after fooling around on the screen. Tried to give her the money, and took her forever to just cash us out. She said it needed a manager's code and such, but didn't go get a manager, just kept pushing buttons. It made things frustrating and annoying. She finally got it working and got things done. Food was good and flavorful. I would suggest if you are having problems with running the computer or items, don't try and do it on your own, ask for help, because it can help fix things and you can learn from those items.“
“Went through the drive tru and got a quarter pounder with cheese and had to wait around 10 mins because they were very busy.. someone came out and gave me my food, and they were extremely kind and apologetic about the wait, the food was good too“
“I had hoped this place would step up and be as good as the one in DeWitt. And they have. The burgers have been prefect the last two times I've been here. Seriously, exactly what I would expect and hope to get when I crave a tasty burger. This town needs more places to get a consistently good burger. The consistent part is important. Plus the service has always been great. Now the cooking is too. Will def be back regularly.Parking: Can always find a spot to park.Kid-friendliness: Decent size dining room that holds slightly more guests at a time compared to your normal McDonald's for comparison.“
“Sweets and treats is a local delectable. The owner and her staff are so kind and attentive. They remember their regulars and take care of you like family when you come in. I've been getting ice cream for years and will keep doing so! Highly recommend their chocolate chip ice cream cookies. They're huge, YUMMY and only $6.50 (as of this review). My husband usually gets the Hot Fudge Temptation. I love the Oreo blizzard with cheesecake bits added. Another good option is the turtle sundae. SOOOO yummy. We took our nephew here last summer & got him some ice cream. He loves this place too!“
“Looked on their menu online and my 5 year old wanted a grilled cheese kids meal but when I got there I seen it wasn't on their kids menu so I asked. Our waiter was happy to say yes it is an available option. They are always great with our kids. “Last night was a blast here at the eagles in durand! I was there to celebrate a 21st birthday of a cousin and the place was packed! Our one bartender Kellie handled the day like a boss! There was so much dancing and karaoke by K-OS entertainment! It was so much fun! If you haven't yet been to the eagles club in durand check it out!?“
