“Went through the drive tru and got a quarter pounder with cheese and had to wait around 10 mins because they were very busy.. someone came out and gave me my food, and they were extremely kind and apologetic about the wait, the food was good too“
“Fantastic staff, drinks are always right for me, and they take MSU Student Cash. I would highly recommend this Starbucks to MSU students but would advise going at rush hour times because the line gets insanely long. Love the location and the staff is very friendly.“
“The prices are a little higher than say Meijers, but in line I think with Kroger's. They have a great selection for most items, they are convenient to Williamston and they are improving the store and selections all the time. I think their sales are great. You can order online and pick up when convenient.“

“It can get very crowded, and sometimes that means waiting 20+ minutes for a drink. I don't blame the workers, they are going as fast as they can. But also because they tend to be incredibly busy, it gets dirty until someone can finally break away from making drinks to clean up.“

“Excellent Starbucks OverallAlex is loving and kind. She even knows me by name. That is awesome. The other employees are awesome as well.I do have a few complaints though. One time, the store closed early. Even though this is sort of a given I am not a fan of it.It feels cramped based on the size of it. Also you don't put the butter on customers' bagels. As much as you charge for them you should. Not that I am lazy, I just know a driver can't butter their own bagels while driving and may not have time to stop and butter them.I understand it takes time at the window, and this Starbucks most certainly moves faster than the one in Hartland, but I think it takes more time than it needs to.This is a good place to go. I'd go here over many other places“

“They inadvertently ruined other coffee shops for me. The people that work there are the nicest anywhere and it's the kind of place where you go to forget about life for a while. ?Kid-friendliness: There are people of all ages that come here, but it is definitely kid-friendly. There is a little "vault" there and it is often filled with board games. There is even an old guitar that anyone can play. Not to mention the Freakshakes.Parking: Though it's not connected to it, there is a lot tucked away on the right side if you're walking in.“
