Kind staff. The calamari purple rice burrito is delicious, as are the sweet potato fries. The breads on the counter and the sweets in the cool case are very reasonably priced for the quality. I just wish there was a way to get the cheesy garlic bread and pizza bread warm. They are by no means bad at room temperature, but I prefer them warm and it's a minor inconvenience to heat them up at home.A big draw of this place is the drinks, due to personal preference, I am not a fan....read full review
We love Koala! We stop in once a week for bubble tea. They are always super helpful and friendly.Don't sleep on their food either! It's delicious and you can get dessert as well.

I was helped by a blonde cashier, who was super friendly, and greeted me with an enthusiastic. Happy Monday! The service was wonderful. I ordered a mango smoothie, there was a miscommunication about having the cream on top, and they were so helpful in getting me a new one. It may have been my fault because my hearing is not the best.
