“We went on a Saturday night. I noticed only two employees, a bartender and a waitress. Never saw a manager. The atmosphere has a very old bar smell. I like the attempt at making it feel like an upper class big city speakeasy BBQ type joint but it fell hard on environmental concerns. Food was not as advertised for how they present the place. Broccoli was undercooked and had no flavor. The sweet potato was burnt and tasted like it was in a charcoal fire pit. The perch was ok, K of C hall quality on a Lent Friday. My girlfriend's lasagna was undercooked noodles but the brisket was good. My lemonade tastes like it came off a dusty shelf made with Grandma's well water on galvanized pipes. Would not eat here yet it's definitely not a place I'd recommend ordering the $119.00 Waygu from. Would not trust the chefs here to prepare it correctly. The waitress was awesome. People leaving good reviews about the food are probably from the local area and used to McDonald's being a fancy restaurant.”

The guy who was working expoditing with the red pony tail made sure to greet and send off customers as well as anyone could.. smashed the pizza before I even made it into oscoda. Thanks my dudes. You prevented hangry me.. also the guy throwing the pies in the back was who I delt with first and he also was awesome. The little skinny kid who was there also just kinda existed. Pretty sure he's new at the game.. also I read most of the other reviews and all I can say is these people giving one star must have never worked in the food industry. And if they did I'm pretty sure no one missed them. If anything I'm pretty sure these one star people are had a party thrown from them.. the day after they left there last food service job.. and they weren't invited. Cause everyone was sick of them and there overly radiant negative attitudes.. keep on throwing pies my dudes..”

“The girl who made our food was a fill-in from the other Sunway in town she said. She was stressed as nobody had showed her anything, and she couldn't ring up sales on the register, but she remained cool, calm, collected, pleasant, and sweet.”
