McDonald’s on 9 mile in Eastpointe I am so disappointed. Nothing about my order was correct. Customer service was horrrible, my food was cold, missing items, and half my order was wrong. I asked for fresh food for the server to tell me, with attitude, pull up Since I want my food fresh. Just to pull up and wait another 10 minutes and still be missing items and she come out cuz they don’t remember my order. This store says that they aren't open during open hours often threw out the last 5 years and says that they are out of just about everything for the last few years. This store needs to close so that we can have a quality store take it's place
