“We loved the hometown atmosphere and always enjoy visiting local restaurants. This one did not disappoint! Our server, John was really nice and friendly! Very attentive! Our food was very good and attractively served. Definitely will be back to try the breakfast menu.“

“A brightly decorated interior greets you as you enter. Then you're greeted by the very friendly staff and seated @ your table. I chose the rolled beef tacos combo and was not disappointed. The tacos were fried to perfection and enrobed in sour cream and guacamole sauce then covered in shredded cheese. Another plate was filled with rice and refried beans and once again covered in melted cheese. A generous portion of chips and salsa was also served. Finally, I had a delicious margarita that was excellent.“

“We came here for dinner and sat in the bar. The server we had was excellent and the burgers were perfectly cooked. Love the cold slaw too. However there was a shrieking kid behind us and I wasn't aware that children were allowed in the bar. The evening would have been more pleasant without him. We are here for a long weekend and the hotel recommended that we come here.“

“My family is here at least twice a week. You will not find a better service staff in the area. Food is delicious and they offer chefs specials on weekends and keeps the menu rotating. As a family dealing with gluten allergies, this is a great place to keep on your list if you have special food requirements. They are very careful with customer food needs. “This is a very unique restaurant. The menu is very robust I don't know what to say other than the shrimp, oh my God the shrimp. The shrimp here were better than any seafood place that I can think of. I will come back here just to get the shrimp. Now that I am off of my shrimp boat I will say the nachos were quite tasty the Reuben was also very good. The carrot cake was alright. The restaurant itself is pretty nice however everybody is packed in there pretty good. Will be returning some day.“

“We decided to try this place because helllooo...fried fish lol. Most places make you buy a big meal but I love that they have smaller meals in case you want something small on the go! The fish was perfect. The fries are good but would be better if the fish wasn't sitting on top because they get soggy. But I ate them anyway and enjoyed everything!“

“Last week we had our family lunch at Charlie's. Great venue for a private together. Nice room located away from the main restaurant. Our waitress Jillian was awesome. Great personality and very attentive to everyone's needs. Food was all serviced at the same time, and the fish and chips was a big hit with our group.“

“First time going to Brass Monkey. Service was a little slow, but our waitress (Amber) was working alone and had many tables to attend to, she was still very pleasant. So we decided to stop in and grab some grub while watching the event in the parking lot.We both had the spicy papa burger meal with a root beer. The food was perfect. Hot burger with crisp veggies. And fresh, hot, and crunchy fries.The employees were awesome, and overall, I had a very good experience. I can't say I'll ever be back seeing as it was somewhere far from home, but if I lived in the area, I would definitely be going back.“

“Food was delicious as always. I was there with my husband celebrating our anniversary, gave him our drink order which took longer than usual but we excused this. Then proceeded to give him our appetizer order and meal order, low and behold, came out at the same time!!! I then asked the girl that brought out our food for some marinara sauce, I waited 6-7 minutes for it and finally had to ask the hostess for some. “We saw this place on our way to a bar and wanted to check it out. We stepped in and realized it was a music venue too! We came in early enough to get in without cover, but the space is really nice and has pinball machines. I'll have to come back when they have a band on because I bet this place gets packed. “My family and I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 20 years. And the blizzards are our usual go-to. We get the reese peanut butter cup blizzard most of the time. I planned on getting a cherry freeze for myself and 2 blizzards for my hubby and son but their slush machine was broken which is why I gave them the 4 stars and the employee that took my order wasn't very friendly. Normally the employees are a little more friendly or at least smile etc she just seemed annoyed and that just kills your experience especially when you're going for ice cream. Everyone knows ice cream means HAPPINESS! LOL“

“First let me say that I was skeptical about this place. I've driven by it many times and never thought to go inside then one day I decided and I was impressed, by the food not the actual inside of the place. The sandwiches are huge and each of them comes with fries. The chili sauce is meh but I'm from Detroit so I could definitely be bias. They never answer the phone but the service is quick even if you want in and place your order.“

“The first time I went I got the BBQ SPLIT. It was delicious. So I ordered tale out yesterday n got ribs , potato salad amd mac n cheese. The ribs were horrible I mise well should have been eating some tuff beef jersey. The potato salad was horrible also. But I will say they have great customer service amd the BBQ SPLIT HITS!!!“

“I don’t go out to breakfast much because I can make a decent one at home, but we were in Monroe for the night and didn’t want hotel breakfast. I cannot believe how great our breakfast was. And the place is very clean. Our server, who I think was also the hostess, was incredible. They were definitely not staffed for the amount of people that walked in, but al of the servers were doing the best they could. Our food was excellent. Eggs, hash browns, and pancakes all cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great breakfast!“

“It definitely lives up to its name. Tucked into a corner, you would have to know where you're going. I've traveled the US and Mexican is my favorite. I judge a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa. Their's were the best. The dishes we ordered were great. Try the guacamole. “

“While at the Franklin Mall, I decided to try this placeout. Ordered the Titan Burger and boy! it certainly lived up to its name! 8 patties and slices of cheese all in one bun. The food was HOT when I got it. So hot that I burned the inside of my mouth. I figure that with all those cooked patties stacked together, it just amplifies the heat. It was also a little too salty for my liking, again probably from all those patties being put together. I must say, it certainly filled me up. I didn't have room for the fries I ordered. They needed more people working at the place as I noted that there were only 2 persons working in the back preparing the food along with the counter person taking the orders. Being in a busy mall in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, it did take a while for everyones orders to be made. Can't imagine what it would be like during a lunch hour rush. While the Titan Burger lived up to its name, next time I'll order something smaller.“

“I was looking for a local tavern. I must say... it's like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere and good food. In my opinion, my favorite are the Chicken Wings. The seasoning they use is outstanding. If you are every around OB's stop by and try the wings for yourself. I defiantly recommend OB's for wings.“

“Stopped for a quick bite before Monster Jam on St. Patty's Saturday. Super friendly staff. Limited menu and fried food needed to be taken out a little sooner bc it was a little too done.
