“Haven’t been to the Stonehouse for a couple years and it was just as good as I remembered! I ordered the lake perch with the gourmet mac and cheese on the side and it was delicious! Service was great and I enjoyed the wine selection as well. It can be a bit of a wait to get seated if they are busy, but thankfully we arrived at a time where we only had to wait about 10 minutes before getting seated.”

“Just tried the lasagna finally after a long time of wanting to (I usually stick with the scalloped potatoes, because they’re delicious), and it is very, very good. I would almost compare it to Casa in Marquette and Mamma Mia’s in Ishpeming. 10/10 recommend trying both of these homemade dishes!”

“Upper Hand Brewery is such a refreshing establishment. The crew that works there are absolutely amazing, especially Jordyn, she was so kind and knowledgeable about all the beers. I really enjoyed the Esky Black Bear.”

“Their Taco Pizza is crazy good! They give you x-salsa if you ask, but I always have a bottle of taco sauce on hand. Such a great deal for a medium size. It feels like it weighs 10 pounds!”

“I was ecstatic to see there is a Papa Murphy's in Escanaba! I wish there was one near me in Clarkston, MI! I love Papa Murphy's.... always fresh ingredients. We ordered a medium and the guy told us we can have a large for the same price! How great is that? Highly recommend!!”

“This restaurant is a phenomenal new addition to our community. A week and a half ago I was home alone and so ill with the stomach virus that I called to see if they had anything I could get with just rice and broth. The chef said he would make me something to sooth my stomach. To my surprise he made me a bowl of rice broth soup ( heavy on the rice) with bits of shredded chicken for protien. He was right on target with what I needed. My daughter picked it up for me and I was able to perk up that night after being so ill for the past 48 hrs. Thai’d Up saved me that night and not only settled my stomach, but helped rehydrate me with a personal recommendation from the chef. ❤️”

“This weekend we had my granddaughters 1st birthday party,For the love of cupcakes, made the smash cake,cupcakes four different kinds,sugar cookies and maroons they where all delicious and decorated beautiful for the alice in the wonderland theme. “Grams was our first experience with pasties back in the summer of 2019, and my two teenagers and I tried the beef and rutabaga and fell in love! We went through the drive thru and took them to the beach and we all wished we had picked up more after we’d gone back to our VRBO. Every other place we’ve tried since then has been a disappointment! I wish they shipped frozen pasties!”

“I've always liked shopping at Meijer. They have a great meat department and generally I can find things here easily. The staff is usually very helpful and even the cart guys are polite. I have as of recently had some disappointing experiences in the produce department however. Bagged lettuce spoiled the day after purchase still in date, rotting center cantaloupe, berries are not fresh, (maybe just not put them out at all),lots of other wilted or not fresh items but the returns are quick and the management is quick to right any problems and check out is quick and easy. I would have given another star except the produce is disappointing. I recommend this grocer. Especially for hard to find items.”

“Thank You for an AMAZING dinner! Our family LOVES your pizza, breadsticks, and of course the deep fried oreos!! We are SO happy we don't have to wait for the carnival to get those delicious fair food treats anymore! The Anderson's HIGHLY reccomend Po's Pizza! We can't get delivery from anywhere but 1 other place to so it's a HUGE bonus they deliver to our house! Also another bonus Delivery was FREE! Next time we order we are getting the deep fried oreos again along with elephant ears & funnel cake! They make it feel a little less like winter with their menu options for sure!”

“Holy @#$* ( I don't want to go to FB jail so I won't say naughty words lol) Where do I start with Dan and Grateful Cheese.....I offered mechanical assistance to him on a minor trailer issue via Facebook....he was crazy response and positive even though a tough situation. We got him figured out with not only my help but a few others. In return he graciously offered food as payment....well h#$l yeah I will take a gourmet grilled cheese....and boy was that the right choice. The food I mean seriously it speaks for itself....fresh made to order sandwiches and unbelievable good cheese curds. The food is complimented by the vibrant attitude of Dan the co owner his personality and passion that comes thru in his food. “What can I say about this place. The staff were on point and catered to my party of 12 without ease. I recommend the pizza or their fish dinner. Drinks were served on a timely manner and the bartender treated us like family. I give this place 10 out of 10. I will recommend this establishment to friends and family. Also I'd love to add that the bartender knew her drinks and gave us the best service.”

There was no complaints when I played what I wanted on the jukebox. They also made sure my father was well taken care of. The drinks were delicious and priced in our range. “We had a bigger group of adults and kids (we had been sledding in Gladstone and looking for a family friendly place to eat). I plugged my search into Google and this place was one of first to come up in the results so we said let’s try it. Well—we were not at all disappointed. The atmosphere is clean, well-lit—comfortable. Service was awesome and the food was absolutely great. We had the Boursin and Bourbon turkey sandwich—because it sounded interesting. It was very good. We will definitely go back when in Escanaba again. Well worth it.”

As avid foodies, we’ve tasted some of the best but this place is in its own lane. “Always great food and great service. Food comes out quickly. The only thing we didn't care for and this could be just personal taste was Cinco de Mayo margaritas. Otherwise I go quite often and one my favorite things is the guacamole salad.”

“Took a chance on this Hardee's since I have all but given up on this restaurant chain. So glad that I did. Guy was outside sweeping the parking lot and picking up trash. Restaurant was extremely clean with not one dirty table. Cashier was polite and took my order professionally and the food delivered was what I used to remember when I used to manage a Hardee's in the 1980's. Ordered a mushroom and swiss which is my all time favorite and it was the best one I've had in a very very long time. I would highly recommend this Hardee's restaurant as they have got it together 100%”
