“We stumbled upon this place after an appointment in Fenton. The staff was wonderful from the moment we entered and the atmosphere has an artsy vibe with mismatched chairs, stained glass and funky decor.We were told that they're known for their French Onion Soup, so we started with that. It did not disappoint. The flavor was wonderful with a slight surprise of acidity and a generous layer of melty gruyere. Our brunch continued with the Steak and Eggs which featured a nicely charred skirt steak and lovely roasted fingerling potatoes. The food is prepared with care and attention and everything was delicious.This is a great place for a first date or a family outing. Prices are mid-range+ with our brunch for 2 costing around $74 after tax and tip.“

“Stopped by on a Sunday just after noon for breakfast. Crowded but only waited five minutes. They offered a wide variety of custom coffees and the breakfast menu is one of the best we've ever seen. This is our second visit, 30 miles from home and worth every mile. My partner had Smugglin Eggs that had positively scrumptious sausage gravy and I had Tators Gonna Tate that was one of the best breakfasts that I've ever had. Yes, we'll be back a bunch of times more!“

“I guess I was sort of shocked the food was so good at what appears to be a dive bar. Lol. I had the steak sandwich, and my wife had the BLT and we shared. Outstanding and a solid value! Incredibly friendly and responsive staff. Fantastic overall experience, and very affordable. Oh, and get the onion rings! So much better than anything you'll find at a fast food restaurant.“
