Staff and food, absolutely awesome! But, the shake machine seems to never know how to make a Jamaica shake properly. Three times I've ordered a Jamocha shake and three times I got a vanilla shake with a slight tint of brown in it. So, I won't be ordering from there for awhile to come. Sad for me, because I really like their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries with cheese but, Sometimes, that's the only reason why I stop at Arby's is for that specific shake.

I came to this establishment during my lunch break. The customer service was piss poor!!! I was serviced by a guy named Brandon. I ordered two fish sandwiches. I didn't want the ones with cheese but those were the ones he repeated back to me. I politely corrected him and he caught a attitude through the rest of the order. He rushed my order by interrupting me saying anything else fast and aggressive. I then slowed down my order process purposely. When I pulled up I sat for a minute to see how he took the next order and he was polite and patient which indicated to me he had a attitude with specially me. ????
