First and last visit here. Long wait, because I ordered chicken they were out of, and asked if I preferred "fresh," and I said, "Yes," not realizing the few minutes promised would be 20+. I would not have waited. As I waited, I saw an employee grabbing fries from the warming bin and eating them, then grabbing a piece of fish from the warming bin and eating it. No wonder they were out of food! It would have been nice to see a listing of what was available. Other customers also waited, while many employees stood around. They also need a bit of "customer relations" training. I felt sorry for the way others were treated. The food was mediocre at best.Kid-friendliness: I can't imagine why a child would want to be here.

I went here a few weeks ago for lunch. It had been years since my last visit. Nothing has changed. The chicken was dry, over cooked. The service was slow, even with only one other customer inside and as far as i could tell, no one at the drive thru. The place seems run down.

1st offI was given rought time about them having to give change, with the excuse that they can't get change today. And then once I got the chance counted out then they tell me not to worry about it, like it's no big deal and like they dint just make a fuss about the change.2ndThen I get home to discover that I was not given a recipe or the sauces that comes with my order!Worst experience ever ?

After waiting at the window for a while (it happens even though we were the only ones there at that point) a girl came on and we ordered our first combo and immediately she said pull forward and gave us a hassle of preserving our second combo. We get up to the window and just looking inside, not hair nets, no gloves, and once again just rude. I have tried this place three times over the past year and a half and it is always this same experience. Just not worth it in any capacity. Luckily there is many other good chicken places on the same road.

Purchased a two piece meal dinner today with Red Beans and rice as my side and the beans were spoiled even had my daughter's smell them without telling them anything and they stated " those beans are spoiled"Chicken breast was given which the I was expecting a thigh or any other part. I am done!

If I could make this a zero star restaurant, that’s what I would do. I ordered in the app online and chose to pick it up through the drive-through. The drive-through first of all at this Popeyes is always extremely slow. I had my kids and my dogs with me, and that’s why we decided to go through the drive-through. I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes only for the guy to tell me that I had to come in to grab my food. I tried to explain to him that the app said, pick it up through the drive-through, and he would not listen . So I came in and the lady at the counter with the name “sweet heat” immediately told me that I was trying to skip the line, and when I told her I was just trying to show her my phone she turned her back to me and walked away and threw her hand up. So I got the attention of the guy that was working the drive-through to try and show him my phone and he said he did not care because he was being told different. So I waited with the DoorDash guy that was there to pick up an order as well. He was also told that he had to wait in line. DoorDash doesn’t work that way. Meanwhile another DoorDash lady came in and waited at the counter, and no one acknowledged her . She finally came over to me and asked me if I was DoorDash. I explained to her the situation. She waited another five minutes and told me that the order was supposed to be picked up five minutes before she even got there. Finally, she threw her hands up in the air and walked out. If I had already paid for my food, I would’ve walked out too. Let’s go back to the drive-through one more time. The potholes are so bad that all four of the tires on your car are sunk down in them at the same time. While I was sitting in the restaurant, I commented on my online order and Popeyes reached right back out to me via email offering me five dollars for my inconvenience. Of course I answered them. What a joke this is how you treat your customers offering them five dollars for this kind of service? So a couple days later I heard Back from them again and they gave me a full refund for my $15 that I spent. Woo hoo they refunded me. This still does not make up for the fact that they treat the customers this poorly. It’s the only Popeyes around here so they do get business . But this franchisee obviously does not care about anything but money because he doesn’t train his people properly and doesn’t maintain the property the way that it should be. There’s a Chick-fil-A right down the road and hopefully they put this Popeyes franchise on Miller Rd out of business because they don’t deserve to be there . I did wait quite a few days to see if anything else came out of this or if I heard back from the franchisee that they said they were going to notify. I did not so here’s your Google review guys. You can also check my Google review for the Jimmy John’s on Linden Road and what a fantastic job they did! I don’t only post bad reviews and I would rather post good reviews and help people get business .

The health department should be contacted.The women's bathroom had no handle on the toilet. A worker demonstrated, in order to flush the toilet you reach into the water in the back toilet tank and pull a level. After which without washing her hands she went back to cook. Granted it was hard to wash your hands as the soap dispenser was torn apart along with the paper towel holder. The dirty roll of toilet paper was out in the open as it's compartment was dismembered too. I decided it would be a very bad idea to order food from this establishment.
