Ya Yas grilles FRESH, whole chickens on an open flame and chops them up (leg, thigh, breast, etc) to order. BEST chicken, ever. I will drive 90 minutes to eat at my closest location. Never disappointed. Friendly and fast.
Stopped here on my way home. I hadn't been here in about 2 years. I must say that I was very disappointed. First, let me say that the staff were kind, friendly, and the restaurant and bathrooms were immaculate! However, the chicken (what I came here for) was very disappointing. It used to be so good, but it was cold and dry. I didn't see them grilling it like in the past, so they must cook it somewhere and let it set in a warmer for long periods of time. YaYa's is so good to me, I love their chicken! I've been eating here for years, and glad they are still around! I use to attend Mott Community College, and on breaks would always run and get some YaYa's! Their chicken caesar salad is always my go to, and you have to try the pita bread and order their honey butter. Order an extra caesar dressing too, because one isn't enough!?
