We were able to order and get our food within minutes. I'm from out of town, so I don't get to get Ya-Yas often, but it is always a delicious treat. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was so moist. The pita bread that came with it was delicious. The flavors of the chicken is from the inside out and it's the best chicken Ive had in this style.

I have to be to work at 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week. I absolutely love this food,BUT for the last 3 weeks I have left my home early JUST so I can get there in time BUT EVERY TIME. I pull through the drive through there is NOTHING on the menu available BUT chicken. This review is for the store manager BUT I will be contacting your DM and corporate office on this matter. I understand the employees want to leave at exactly,900 p.m. BUT they still have a job Todo until then. Tell me why I should continue to support your store and not ask followers on social media toban Ya Yas because of this situation. Handle this situation. I'll give you 1 more shot. They will not know when I'm pulling up but it will be soon. This just may be a warning from your secret shopper.Stop hiring lazy employees.

Not impressed at all. Went threw the drive-thru Ordered 2 chicken salads with 2 pita breads.$32 I asked why it was so much when the salads are 10.99. I was told that the prices went up.. When we got home there was hair in one of our salads. (Couldn't eat that one). Barley any chicken, chicken didn't even cover half of the salad, it was like a handful of a 4yr old. Basically I paid$32 for 2 containers of lettuce.. I've tried to call them with no answer. Very very disappointed..

Great chicken. However, their system is not conducive to you getting all of your order in the drive-through; at least not in the 20+ years I have lived in the neighborhood. if it is a single order they will probably get it right, but adding a second person or your family, good luck to you. I used to think it’s the workers, but after all these years, I believe that they enjoy cheating people to save the product and make make a dime. it’s the way that they tie the bag so you can’t open it that is the giveaway they don’t want you to check. it’s a shame the place used to have such a good reputation.
