This is one of my favorite Panera locations. The layout is good, and it's usually pretty quiet and easy to have meetings/conversations. My most recent visit was for a business meeting and it was much louder than I remember, with my having to strain to hear and speak louder at times to be heard over the music. The coffee and food is still excellent, and the staff is friendly.

The food was good, but I wasn’t impressed with it. This restaurant always seems to mess up our order, and it used to be better. I’m also really curious why rapid pickup orders are not put on the specific shelf for rapid pickup? I once walked in after I was texted that my order was “ready” and my order was not on the shelf. I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited 20 minutes before walking back to the food counter and saw 4-5 bags sitting back there, my order included....read full review
