They were out of 3 items we wanted. My burger was cold, the cheese wouldn't even melt. Several orders mixed up while we were there. Hopefully it was just an "off" day.
The Pretzel Baconator was really good, my husband had the double. My fish sandwich was crispy and I loved that it had pickles on it. The fries are fugly, but only because they have the potato skin on them. ?You know...like the ugly duckling and the swan story.The crowd started piling in at 12:45, it was empty when we arrived. We ate dining-in. The person who waited on us was very happy-go-lucky. I heard him say that he was not from this store. But the whole team worked efficiently...read full review

I go here a bit and it's hit and miss. Sometimes my order is complete and it's an amazing experience for fast food and times where it just sucks. I think it depends on the crew at the time cause this time it wasn't a happy experience.
