His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences.Diego's attentiveness extended beyond just taking my order. He ensured that my food was prepared according to my specifications and checked back to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. “Went in for the first time this past week and asked for "extra extra mayonnaise", as a little joke. The person who I assume was the manager rushed over to the register and grabbed me by the collar. "Do you know what the hell you've done?!" She pulled me over the counter and forced me into the back where she showed me the ancient cosmic horror beyond my comprehension that creates the Hellman's mayonnaise. Four dead bodies were strewn in front of it. I think they were sacrifices. The manager looked at me with horror. "We are out of mayonnaise. Now we have to sacrifice another to please Shal-Hun'Garth, the Ancient One." She pushed a worker into it's waiting maw, and spit out a jar of Hellman's mayonnaise. "He died for your sandwich. Never forget that." I'll never forget those words.Anyway great experience; I'll probably be back.Kid-friendliness: Shal-Hun'Garth is great with kids.“

“Only fast food restaurant I'll eat at. A little pricier than average, but it's better quality and I'll gladly pay the difference.Kid-friendliness: It's a place I feel comfortable bringing my 6 year old. We visit Culver's on average 2-3x a month. I really love their kids meals come with a free scoop of ice cream“

“Jersey Mike’s is delicious. Each sandwich artist has their own style but they’ve always been consistent at this location and are happy to customize your sub with fresh ingredients. They seem well staffed. Quick and courteous. Don’t sleep on their cookies and brownies. They’re so good!“

“There was only me and two other people inside & two arrived before I left. I ordered the mushroom & onion burger combo with fries upgraded to Greek town was charged for this upgrade and did not receive said upgrade… meal went from about $15 to $18 total. Food was hot & fresh though and burger was seasoned well .“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“The food was so delicious, It's been about twenty five years since I have ate at a fazoli's. The last place was mount pleasant michigan. I literally thought all of the facilities close down. “I love this place and recently discovered it. The burgers are delicious and reminds me of a Culver's Butter Burger but less butter and way more pickles ?.The atmosphere is unique and reminded me of the old dinner style like Stake and Shake. It was very clean inside and I liked that I could see into the grill area like smash burgers and the other competition.The prices are a little higher here for fast food but they fit into the same bracket as the nicer burger joints without going to a bar or sit down restaurant.If you love a good burger and fries this is definitely a great place to try.“

“In town for a home show downtown but staying at a hotel nearby- big snow storm is here and lots of places are closed early. Called to check if this place was open and Alex answered with a very friendly yes. The facility was clean when we walked in and the food was prepared with kindness and understanding by both people working. Grateful for their pleasant attitudes and willingness to work hard during crummy weather conditions. Thank you!! Food was delicious!“

“Fastest firehouse sandwich I've ever received. The staff were great, the food was on par, and the location was tidy. Plenty of seating inside; no seating outside. This location was easy to find and has plenty of parking. I recommend driving down to the nearest traffic light if you plan on making a left on to the main road“

“Good pizza. Got a Mod and it was just the right size. Wasn't busy until after we ordered, but the line behind us moved ok. The staff looked bored and miserable. There was one person sitting in a booth when we sat down at the only other "clean" table in the place (we still needed to wipe it down ourselves). Management should try saying,"If you can lean, you can clean."“

“I'm incredibly biased as I love Culver's, but this has been one of the best locations I've ever been to. I don't think they've ever messed up an order since I've been going there. The staff is always polite and seem to enjoy working there.Parking: Parking in the lot by the restaurant can get cramped especially when the drive-thru is backed up, but the lot next to it is very open and less troublesome to park. If you can handle walking the extra 100 feet, it's worth it to avoid dealing with the smaller lot surrounding the restaurant.“

“Drove over 2 hours to try Freddy’s Steakburgers - my son had been there before. Gotta say it was worth the drive, the burgers were fabulous (and the fries & custard didn’t disappoint) plus a great road trip with my kids. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean.“

They didn't over-do any ingredients and were great at communication.Parking: The parking is okay, it can sometimes be difficult, but just know that a space may open up since some people get there to pickup/have something made for takeout.“

“2 trips in a week up to GVSU. Ordered the brisket sandwich both times. The first one was so good, it immediately became my favorite (the bun, sauce, and onion rings) made for a perfect sandwich.) The second time, it was just okay. Not as much sauce, but somehow, the onion rings ended up kind of soggy. It still tasted alright, but not quite as spectacular. Willing to try a third time.“

Arrived with a bus full of 21 hungry teenagers and the staff at this location were absolutely wonderful and easy to work with on getting everyone’s individual order on one bill and they were so welcoming to our group. We were in and out of there in no time at all!“
