“Great little spot to get ice cream. Prices seem decent for an ice cream shop, and lots of variety to chose from too. They always have chalk out to chalk up the parking lot, and a water bowl for dogs. They have seating in front, and behind the shop too. We are close enough where we will bike, or walk there on a nice day. And they are always busy, no matter what time we come, which is wonderful as well.“

“We visit Moo-ville West at least once a week. They have amazing hand dipped ice cream (in season) and soft serve ice cream (all year). All kinds of tasty frozen treats, including ice cream cakes and pies. Half gallons of all their hard ice cream flavors, along with a selection of their milk. “Twisty's is my favorite ice cream shop in West Grand Rapids. They don't have as low of prices as they use to, I will admit, but I still think it's worth it. Online it says they close 9pm but their sign out front states they don't close until 10pm (in case you like late night trips like myself). They do not accept apple pay however, so be aware of that if you've never been there.“
