“It's not authentic Chinese food, but it's freshly stir fried to order and it hits the spot. The chef accommodates most requests really well, which I truly appreciate! I've had the Beef Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons and Pork Dumplings (both ways, steamed and fried). All of which, I recommend. My husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken, but was disappointed because he wanted the veggies and pineapple typically associated with S&W Chicken. It was just the breaded and fried chicken with S&W sauce on the side. My younger brother has really enjoyed the General Tso's Chicken and continues to order it every time. My mom loves the shrimp lo mein and continues to order that...she mentioned they do give a decent amount of shrimp. I'm so glad Jenison has this place and has supported it for decades.Dietary restrictions: Thankfully, the chef does accommodate dietary requests and does a great job! Amazingly, he can cook things without soy and sugar since I'm allergic to soy and I dislike sugar in my savory...which is classic and are staples in most Asian Cuisines.“

“I’m a second shift worker. I always come in just prior them closing for my “lunch”. I am greeted and served with the BEST Customer Service and attitudes! Next to an enjoyable sandwich, the customer service is stellar! Only complaint I ever have is that they need a better exhaust system or even get one..“

“I went to this olive garden with a few of my friends and the waitress we had was absolutely hilarious. Alyssa was super humorous and personable and was so transparent about everything going on in the kitchen. She helped us through working the kiosk while taking our order and explained we were supposed to check out on them. The four of use unanimously decided we hated the kiosks and thought we were better served by the waitress because the kiosk were a hassle. If it were up to me I would remove them entirely because they took away from the olive garden experience. New employees should learn from Alyssa's serving skills because she's incredibly talented and delivered a very pleasurable experience at Olive Garden.“

“been going to them for 20 years. #19 has always been a great value for meat lovers. With national chains raising their prices, boardwalk is the same or cheaper and better meats. You can't go wrong, load up with their shredded pickles and go rogue for $.75 (it's worth it)“

“We went on a very busy day and the staff was amazing. We ended up sitting at the bar and enjoying a couple drinks while waiting for our food to arrive. My girlfriend is Celiac and the bartender did an amazing job of taking her order and reassuring her they knew how to keep her food gluten free.My shrimp and Alfredo was fantastic and my girlfriends food tasted good and she did not have a reaction.Dietary restrictions: My girlfriend is Celiac and must eat gluten free. It was a long shot at a pasta place, but they have gf options and she did not have a reaction!“

“I ordered the Mongolian Beef combination meal. Even though I ate in, I had to order from the front counter and the food was served in to-go packaging. I was left to get my own eating utensils and condiments. They have a VERY small selection of canned or bottled sodas. The first thing I noticed was that the gravy had been overthickened with corn starch/arrow root powder to the point of being gelatinous. In addition, the beef was of a consistency of having been way to tough to start and severely overboiled to tenderize it. Other than these issues, the depth and quality of flavor easily overcame the previously mentioned shortcomings. The amount of heat was perfect. Sadly though, no fortune cookies are included in the meal. If it hadn't been for the great flavors, I would have rated my visit with three stars instead of four. It is also the reason that I would go back and try other menu items. Next time I will avoid the beef and order chicken.“

“Giving this place another try! As I mentioned in my last review it has been my go to spot for a quick but filling lunch! The location is convenient and the restaurant is fun and clean! They have a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. The staff was exceptional and kind. The service was a different experience from my last visit! The staff member at checkout was so kind and made quick conversation with me. I enjoyed some of their flavored teas while dining in and they are delicious. I did order the BYO + protein (chicken) and all the ingredients were fresh! The broccoli cheddar soup was also very good as usual! I tend to add a ton of pepper but that's my personal preference. Overall the food was great and the service was excellent.“

“I have gotten food to go here a couple times and it’s always been good and as expected. The inside is pretty darkly/dimly lit, but who cares? The food is delish. I got the shrimp lo mein the last time I went and the portion size was so big I ate it for dinner, a midnight snack, and breakfast and lunch the next day! ?The shrimp themselves were surprisingly flavorful and the texture was perfect. The noodles were good too.Parking: It’s in a strip mall so there’s plenty of parking for all businesses.“

“There is not a better restaurant for Mexican food anywhere near los ranchos. Even dorados in Hudsonville is just okay. I get the steak quesadilla combo and it’s regularly spectacular. With one exception. The rice and beans. The door dash combo necessitates the rice and beans. I’d just as soon not pay for them and get a queso dip instead. The rice and beans are the only thing I have encountered that are not spectacular. They’re just, normal. Not bad. But not good either. Bland. But it’s part of what the combo comes with. Now, the combo is still worth it in my opinion. I just literally throw away the rice and beans. I’d be glad to have the queso as a side option to swap out. That is the only reason for 4 stars. I have compared the steak quesadillas here to every other “authentic” Mexican place around. None have been better than los ranchos. Their salsa is also hands down the best. Just need more flexibility on door dash.“
