“My mom and I spend a weekend at Riverwalk Place & Oasis Spa, down the road from Pipers, about once a year and usually head here the first night to grab a bite, have a few drinks, and play Keno. To be fair, there aren't a lot of dining choices competing with Pipers, but the vibe is super welcoming and it definitely beats eating fast food in the hotel room. The place is a popular hang out spot for locals and travelers alike so it is often quite busy. Patience is recommended as the bartenders and servers are busting their butts to cover the thirsty and hungry crowds. The food is good, consistent, and fresh and the drinks are well made and tasty. Everytime we have visited, there has been something new on the menu, the specials board, and the cocktail list which is nice as most pubs don't tend to venture far from the usual "bar food" fare. All in all, Pipers is a step above the expectation and I like that I can count on a good meal, good drinks, and good vibes.“
“Nice dive bar style restaurant. You could tell it was a local hangout with gives many compliments right there. Parking was easy and free. The service was a bit slow but friendly. The loaded tots were good with both shredded cheese and cheese sauce, unfortunately they forgot to add the bacon and we were too hungry to wait. The portions on the sandwiches were good! I only ate half of my Philly cheesesteak, it had a good ratio of meat:cheese:bread:veggies. Most of the items we ordered we liked but almost all of them came out with at least one thing wrong. Not enough to make a complaint but a bit disappointing. The flavors were good.Overall I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a simple meal in a small town.“
“The meat lovers pizza at this bar is an absolute carnivore's dream! Loaded with a generous assortment of savory meats, every bite is a flavor explosion. The combination of crispy bacon, hearty sausage, succulent pepperoni, and tender ham is pure meaty perfection. It's the ultimate pizza for meat lovers, and it pairs perfectly with a cold drink and a lively atmosphere. A must-try for anyone craving a carnivorous feast!“
“This is the second year we have reserved space at The Camp for our year end work gathering. I LOVE the set up they provide! We have a space all to ourselves which allows the 25-30 of us to catch up without feeling like we are disrupting other people dining out. The staff is AMAZING! Friendly, quick service from people that truly love their job. It’s refreshing!! The food is top notch, drinks are made perfectly and the service exceeds expectations. I recommend The Camp to anyone looking to get a great dinner or orchestrate a larger gathering.“
