We've been looking for a great breakfast sandwich in the area and this place delivers! They are operating out of Chef Shack and available on select mornings. My favorite bagel is the jalapeno cheddar! My husband and I both love the hashbrown double-down sandwich on bagel of choice. The dirty Denver is also a favorite. The spicy boy 3.0 was really spicy, I could not handle that one. I tried an everything bagel and it was a little too browned for me.
The Monte Cristo - deep fried bagel, ham, raspberry-Dijon mustard, Gruyère cheese, topped with powdered sugar. Let's start with the bagel. I thought other local bagel shops were already amazing. You can really tell when baked goods are fresh. They just have that immaculate texture and taste. Hands down, best bagels I’ve ever eaten. The “everything” has my heart. It has seasonings on both sides. If you haven’t checked them out, you are missing out.
