“The Fraisier became my dream cake after seeing it on GBBO, and thanks to Chef Gaby it became a reality for my birthday this year. The flavor and texture were absolutely perfect; it was everything I wanted. I would also highly recommend the quiche and the nectarine tartlets. Chef Gaby and his team are all very kind and enthusiastic about their work, and I look forward to trying more of their delicious treats in the future.“

“Went in for a pleasant, dine in dinner. Great atmosphere, good service that was just attentive enough without hovering and interrupting conversation. Food was plentiful and very well presented. My Coq a Vin was very tasty and plentiful although, surprisingly, a little on the dry side. French onion soup was outstandin. Definitely will come back.“

“I dined at the Jdek in the dome and it was a very well put together experience. They provided a heater, speaker and lights for the dome. It was plenty warm and the lights around the dome at night added to the atmosphere. For the food, we got the wild boar dish, Scottish salmon, oyster appetizer and the old fashioned for 2. The food was amazing, I personally recommend the wild boar dish! We also got a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary.Overall a very fun and elegant experience. In order to improve the experience I would suggest waiting to put the water carafes in the domes until the customer sits down since the water was very warm when we got there. I would also add that the price for the cocktails are a bit expensive but I do know they use quality ingredients. For the salmon, more fennel or some type of side would have been appreciated to balance out the richness of the salmon and the sauce.Pictured below: Old Fashioned, oysters, Scottish salmon, wild boar dish“

“In town for opening night of Les Mis as the last part of our honeymoon trip. Decided to eat in the hotel restaurant (something I don't normally do because they are often overpriced for not much reward) and was exceptionally impressed. My wife had the whitefish and I had the roasted chicken, both fantastic. We had the flatbread as an appetizer along with ceasar salads and after trying both we already knew we were getting more than our money's worth. Our waitress knew it was our honeymoon and took care of our deserts, and the mint in the chocolate was incredibly strong (a good thing!).Definitely would eat here again if we are in town, especially for another show (Les Mis was also fantastic, it was a great honeymoon!)“

“Such a pleasant place to have some good food you can’t really find elsewhere, and have a good chat over some coffee. The restaurant is a little run down, and it can be overly crowded at busy times but that’s just because of return customers like me.“
