Waited in drive-through for 15 minutes finally left without ordering. The second ordering speaker was closed and they were down to one, the line was halfway through parking lot and didn't move one car in the time we wasted, should've just drove past!
I just went to this McDonald’s at 2:20 in the afternoon and the line was wrapped around the building for the drive thru. I parked to go inside since I thought that might be faster. Both entrance doors to the lobby were locked. An employee who was outside taking a smoke break was also confused why the doors were locked. Another staff member let us both in. I went here to grab some food and use bathroom before heading out and they had the doors closed before even 8pm! I know Covid changed indoor eating but it’s been 4 years and that’s ridiculous. Pay your people more money if you can’t afford to staff the inside and drive thru. Sad because McDonald’s is always the place as a female I can feel safe using RR in evenings.
