I've ALWAYS loved their food at this location. This time I need to talk about the amazing customer service I experienced.We ordered food for delivery with a requested 6:30 pm delivery time. At 6:50 pm our food still hadn't arrived. I called to ask if there was a problem with our delivery. The extremely polite person on the phone went to check on it. I was apologized to and they took full responsibility that the order was made but never made it out for delivery. They remade it fresh again and said they'd get it out immediately for delivery. They then proceeded to refund my full purchase price including the delivery fee. The person who delivered our order apologized again and said they threw in 2 free cookies as well. I about cried because I felt so valued as a customer. Seems like nowhere does these kinds of things anymore when an honest mistake is made. Way to go Potbelly!! You have a customer for life. I will tell this story over and over to people so this location can continue to thrive. Thank you for standing out in taking care of your customers.

This is more of a review for the Potbelly franchise. I've been to about every sub place in Grand Rapids. Considering that boardwalk and jersey mikes have always been my go to sub shop. The sub I just had was the best I've ever had. I've been here before and the sub was great but I've never had one blow my socks off like this. Amazing sub.

I've been coming to this location for about a year now and they do not disappoint. I usually will order through the Potbelly app for pickup and my order is always ready on time. The sandwiches are really good, along with the cookies and shakes. To top it off, all of the employees are super friendly! A great place to quickly grab some lunch.Dietary restrictions: Sadly not a lot of gluten free options. Hopefully they add a gluten free bread option in the future.

Hot, fresh, fast and friendly service. We got the Big "A Wreck" on multi grain with mayo, pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and hot peppers on the side. It was great! Got a chocolate brownie cookie and a s'mores cookie. Delicious!

Great tasting and quality food. Ordered at the drive-thru and the food was ready surprisingly fast yet still fresh. The order-taker/cashier was very friendly and polite. She even offered my dogs Milkbones while we waited.
Extremely friendly staff. Thank you and keep it up!I think it should be illegal to sell a BLT without mayonnaise lol. I bought one today and was incredibly disappointed. Its on me for not verifying, but i thought it was as ubiquitous an ingredient as the bacon.

Potbelly’s slapped today! For someone who is feeling under the weather for the better part of a week, I needed something warm and comforting. The cheddar and broccoli soup, no matter the place, has always been a staple in my life, and this hit home. Potbelly’s soup will make you scrape for the last spoon full.The sandwiches are awesome, too. Check it out if you haven’t. Enjoy! Happy Eating
