This is more of a review for the Potbelly franchise. I've been to about every sub place in Grand Rapids. Considering that boardwalk and jersey mikes have always been my go to sub shop. The sub I just had was the best I've ever had. I've been here before and the sub was great but I've never had one blow my socks off like this. Amazing sub.
I've been coming to this location for about a year now and they do not disappoint. I usually will order through the Potbelly app for pickup and my order is always ready on time. The sandwiches are really good, along with the cookies and shakes. To top it off, all of the employees are super friendly! A great place to quickly grab some lunch.Dietary restrictions: Sadly not a lot of gluten free options. Hopefully they add a gluten free bread option in the future.

I've ALWAYS loved their food at this location. This time I need to talk about the amazing customer service I experienced.We ordered food for delivery with a requested 6:30 pm delivery time. At 6:50 pm our food still hadn't arrived. I called to ask if there was a problem with our delivery. The extremely polite person on the phone went to check on it.
