Sumio, thankyou for an always upbeat positive experience. Never misses his mark, service with a smile, polite, courteous, suggestive never seems to be in a rush and know where everything is and how everything runs. Could be better. They forgot to put the espresso in my drink and instead of having them remake it I let them give me an espresso in a cup to pour in after the barista tried to pour it into my cup the first time and it went everywhere. Had her make me another shot which she wouldnt have done had i not asked and proceeded to give more of a tip for her trouble. Im too nice! Thanked her still and moved on.
