“This is a nice small town restaurant for breakfast & lunch. The server was very attentive & very pleasant. The breakfast food was tasty & my coffee cup was refilled right on time (several times) with great flavorful coffee! There is a choice of plain half & half or flavored creamer. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was they only have scrambled eggs but I will be going back again anyway!”

“This was a fun stop for my family, as we had other supper plans, but the place we were going to go was closed. Lots of fun things to look at in the building, friendly service, but the real highlight is the food! The spicy BBQ burger was huge, well presented and delicious! The side of sassy slaw went along beautifully with it. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals tremendously as well. My nephew claimed it was the 2nd best grilled cheese he’s had in his 7 years of life. The staff was friendly and prompt. Would absolutely return to try more of their delicious looking menu.Parking: Small dirt lot on the side of the building, if they were busier, parking may be difficult.Kid-friendliness: It appears as your hometown bar upon entry, but the entire staff and crowd was welcoming and accommodating to my 6 and 7 year old niece and nephew.”

“A hidden historic gem in the area it is popular for brunch. The stacks of pancakes looked delicious.We had lunch. A Caboose burger with bacon and a side of the classic massive onion rings. My friend had the pattymelt with fries. Delicious food, but both the fries and onion rings were a bit undercooked and not crispy, and the burgers a bit over.Enthusiastic and friendly atmosphere. And of course don't miss when at some point the model train goes around the dining room.Good value for the food as well. It would be a 5 if the cooking was a bit more consistent.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly”

“The cafe had good service and very good food in large portions for a fair price. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy. There is a lot of seating for the area size and it was quite busy when we were there. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of the service for being so busy.Dietary restrictions: Very few restaurants offer chicken or turkey breakfast meat. I noticed chicken sausage on the breakfast menu. Great for people who don't eat pork and like some meat with breakfast!”

“Comfy cozy local breakfast and lunch joint frequented by locals. Extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly staff. The food is home cooked, yummy, traditional breakfast goodness. Would recommend getting here early if you want to be seated immediately. But they're quick about clearing tables. Good feels appropriately priced for the quality and goodness. Must visit!Parking: Smaller lots and lots of trucks park there. But generally spaces for everyone.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, boosters and high chairs.”

“Wife and I decided to try something new. The other reviews seemed to indicate this place was worth visiting...and I concur! The food was excellent and the service was just right. Cost was right about where you would expect. The only negative - cell phone reception was quite poor inside the building (on Verizon network) - had to step out to take a call. So, if you're trying to enjoy an uninterrupted meal with someone special, you can look at that as a positive! Will definitely return.”

“Been trying to catch a bite at Galaxy Pizza for a while now. Finally, was in Kent City and had the time to stop by. First, the place has awesome neon hanging in the window, this is what first caught my eye. The food is amazing, had a custom order and it was spot on and the portions are large, didn't expect to get as much as we did for the price, spot on Galaxy Pizza. Small town, friendly feel and remember to bring your appetite folks!!!”

“Top notch food for the small and cozy town of Newaygo. Lots of unique pizzas, sandwiches, and entrees to choose from. Highly recommend the cheese sticks with the garlic butter. We had the Buddha bowls, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Veggie grilled cheese, and Mac n cheese. Nothing to complain about, service, food, and drinks were great. Give this place a try!”

“We visited Tiny's each night we were in Newaygo. It was walking distance from where we were staying which was wonderful, and they were open late. It was nice because we could eat dinner, and then walk over and enjoy dessert. The first three nights I got twist soft serve which is my absolutely favorite. I thought the price and the portion were generous. I got a small the first night, and baby the other two nights. My husband got a milkshake, and then various scoops of the other ice cream. The flavors he had were enjoyable!On the last night I got a brownie fudge sundae with soft serve and it was delicious. The brownie pieces were decadent and soft and it was the perfect end to the week. The people working there were super friendly and our orders were always taken and churned out pretty quickly. Clean space, with indoor and outdoor seating which was a plus. We will definitely be back to Tiny's when we're in the area!”
