“This Subway is conveniently located inside the Mugg and Bopps gas station. It may be small, but it gets the job done when it comes to freshly made sandwiches on the go. Today I stopped in to ease my pregnancy cravings and Collin did a great job accommodating to my needs and providing outstanding customer service.I ordered a number 18 which is an Italian BMT and boy did it hit the spot! Collin was friendly, super nice, and I really enjoyed our conversation we shared while he made my lunch. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t make any mistakes, and was more than happy to toast my sub twice. Even though the system was having issues, he kept his cool and patiently waited to slide my card to have my rewards added to my account. The receipt also took a while to spit out, but we both had a good laugh about it.What is interesting is you do not pay at the counter where your food is made. You take the receipt to the front counter of the gas station and pay up there. They do accept coupons and use the rewards system here as well.The only ingredient they do not carry here is the fresh avocado. Other than that, they have everything else you could need or want to put on your sandwich.I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner made by awesome sandwich artists who treat you with respect and have positive attitudes.On a side note - When I usually stop in here, I see Devin always working alone in the evenings. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality and has some good stories to share. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this review and gives both Devin and Collin a raise for being fantastic employees and for always showing up to work even though they are short staffed.”

“I have no idea why it took so long to try this restaurant but it was worth the wait. Our waitress, Meaghan, was so friendly I wanted to invite her to join us lol. We split 3 appetizers and one entree and to say it was all amazing is an understatement. Our favorite was the lobster spring rolls. The lobster was cooked perfectly, and there was just enough bite to it.Now I don’t know what the normal crowd brings but this particular evening we were there brought a majority of older clientele who were all dressed very nicely. Although we are still in our 40s, I really appreciated the well dressed crowd that was dining.The entire staff was smiling and friendly which says a lot about a place.Can’t wait to go back!”

“I've always loved going to portage lake for some nice getaway and camping. Patty's has always been a landmark in the Waterloo area and is a must when I'm in the area.Their pizza is honestly really good. Made fresh and to your liking. Prob the best pizza in the area. You won't be disappointed. The place has nearly everything you'll need and is a must if in the area.”

“We went as a group of 10, inclusive of two children. Received, welcomed and seated quickly. We did make reservations. The ambiance was great. We could hear each other talk which is a great plus when socializing. Service was prompt and friendly. The Manager came over and asked how all was going. Great food, interesting choices of great hamburgers and sushi. I love their moto, "Be Grateful". We had an excellent experience; the food was great!”

“Everything I have gotten here has been heavenly. Doughnuts are so delicious but what really brings me back are the soft pretzels. If I lived in walking distance I would be 700 pounds! Even when my husband gets a big thing of doughnuts to share and I get stuck with a random doughnut that’s not what I would have picked it was still the highlight of my tastebud’s day. For my birthday last summer we bought a big box of pretzels to share at our big family party. They were a hit and most likely a staple for my next birthday. I am no longer a faithful lady to Dunkin.”

We LOVED all of their food especially their chicken and breakfasts and well lunches were awesome too but then they decided they were not going to serve food anymore just ice cream! When we heard that our hearts just broke! Double Deuce Diner was the best Diner ever! I heard all of this happened due to politics in our little towns government a power struggle ...cso we heard anyway ..and well the government won so here we are with a second ice cream store and left out in the cold !! I am basing my rating on the diner when it served food. Not just ice cream!”

They Always have that staple that you forgot to grab at the grocery store and whether it's your first time in the door or the 500th, everyone treats you like you've been there since day one. “Been coming to this cute and cozy small town restaurant for a few years now and it’s never disappointed. I’ve only had two issues on separate occasions and both times the manager made it right without hesitation. They definitely care about the quality of customer service and it’s truly what keeps us coming back every time. As well as the delectable and divine choices available on the menu.No matter the time of day, my family and I will stop in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you’re in the mood for breakfast food at lunch or dinner, you can order it without time restrictions like some restaurants impose on their customers. Even if you wanted some dessert for breakfast, you can order it without judgment. I would highly recommend the vanilla cheesecake. I am not a fan of cheesecake in general, but this one served here is just out of this world!My personal favorite to order here is the potato soup. Just an FYI for anyone interested in trying this soup - you can only order this on Wednesdays. The second go to soup would have to be the broccoli cheddar. You cannot go wrong with these homemade soups they serve here. My teenage son raves over the lemon chicken rice and will get it every time we come here.I myself have personally enjoyed plenty of breakfast specials, the chicken strip salad with homemade ranch dressing, the turkey club sandwich, the chicken Parmesan dinner, and the “Opa” appetizer. All were delicious, looked appetizing, and served with a side of love.The prices here are fairly reasonable, especially with today’s inflation. They offer plenty of Coke products and have free refills, except on milk, chocolate milk, and apple juice. They have a huge bookshelf for anyone interested in reading while waiting for your meal to arrive. They will gladly accept book donations if you’re looking to downsize your own book collection. There is also a few televisions within the restaurant in case you would rather watch something instead of reading. And last but not least, they have a community table so you can drop off your business cards, community flyers, or pamphlets to your organization.Vegetarian options: They have a section available on the menu.Parking: Has handicapped spaces available.Kid-friendliness: They have a section available on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible and wheelchair friendly.”

“Delicious food at a good price particularly the lunch and dinner specials. Before 3 Is likely the greatest meal deal in town.I'm a fan of everything I get, usually generals, sesame or almond chicken, but also love their hot n spicy shredded beef/ chicken.Eggrolls are good, Ideally I get some fried or steamed dumplings and crab Rangoon as well. Only reason I give a 4 for the atmosphere is the small dining area but that's no fault of their own. Overall highly recommend you give em a try if you haven't yet. It's good stuff n the numbers so easy I got it permanently memorized ??Vegetarian options: They have some pretty good vegetarian options.”

“Angelo's use to be our go-to pizza place until we moved. After COVID, we just couldn't find a good pizza place. We gave Angelo's another go and it was better than most others we tried. However, I think their pizza sauce could use a little more spice. The new staff are all very friendly and eager to help.On a side note, I think the atmosphere could use an update. We have been in and out of Angelo's for almost 20 years, and nothing has changed. Give the 'ol girl a makeover!! ;)”

The writing on the cake was elegant and fit the occasion. It was difficult to find for someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of West Asheville. The cross street is Hoover.”

“Arrived for dinner after a 22 mile hike so we were tired and hungry. I ordered the dirty rice and a bloody Mary. Both were very good! The smoked meat in the dirty rice was amazing. Huge helping for one person. We had a new server and she kept checking on us. The owner came by to say hi. A nice small town joint. Very lean beer selection which was disappointing.”
