40 minutes standing in the lobby for my food lord have mercy. The manager was sluggishly walking around with absolutely zero urgency. The poor cashier lady had to do everything by herself. Sorry I’ve worked 2 fast food jobs before and the manager should help where needed. He didn’t put down fries or anything. Embarrassing. The cashier was working through it and was honestly very nice even though customers were a little angry. L wendys L manager W cashier.
I just left this location. I SPECIFICALLY asked if they had UNSWEETENED iced tea. I was told yes. I get back to work and...the tea is SWEET!!! Y'all need to pay closer attention to people when we make an order. I am a diabetic and am not supposed to drink sugar sweetened drinks! ZERO stars from me today!

They had us sit all the ordered board for several minutes before ordering then when we got to the window we sat some more time with no one else in line saying they had to reset a clock. Unacceptable! Not fast food at all for the cost. Spend over $20 for only two dinners. Prices are crazy! Plus they didn't have what we wanted. Potatoes! Or chocolate frosty!
