Shockingly clean. No one loitering. No disrespectful staff. Fairly fast service. Food is what you'd expect from Wendy's no surprises. My go-to spot for a quick meal with the kids.
I like my fries HOT so I eat some while driving home. When I reached into the fry container I was surprised to find it only half full. I briefly thought about turning the car around and going back to complain. I decided to check inside the bag hoping to find a few inside. I was happy to find at least as many fries in the bag as there was in the container.

I showed up to this location at 9:25 pm only for them to tell me that they are closed...with two cars at the pay window. So I went to the Saint Clair Shore location where at 9:35 pm they were decent E ough to take my order with more cars in the drive through. So I'm giving one star for turning away a customer long before closing time. And I will never be coming here again. Enjoy the one star while Wendy's Saint Clair Shore enjoys Five Stars. ?

I would give zero stars if possible. This place is beyond pathetic. Just don’t go there and save yourself the trouble. Every single thing they do is wrong and they have piss poor attitudes. To the workers : If you’re that miserable at that easy job just quit and live off the government like you used to. Do us all a favor!

They had us sit all the ordered board for several minutes before ordering then when we got to the window we sat some more time with no one else in line saying they had to reset a clock. Unacceptable! Not fast food at all for the cost. Spend over $20 for only two dinners. Prices are crazy! Plus they didn't have what we wanted. Potatoes! Or chocolate frosty!

I don't know what's wrong with people these days and nobody is paying attention but everybody used to wear gloves to fix food and fast food restaurants but nobody tends to do that anymore and let them tell it they are not required to why is it that all of a sudden there's COVID-19 plus plus plus plus plus plus plus going on out here and I don't nobody has to wear gloves and a lot of food is not safe to eat and think about it do you really want a stranger hands touching your food but nobody cares anymore services terrible attitudes is taken when you ask people why they don't have on gloves and you just want a simple explanation They slammed the window in my face and she just had a total attitude because I question her about why you don't wear gloves in a restaurant Can somebody tell me how is it cross-contamination to use gloves which is one of the things that she said to me No you have to change your gloves as often as you have to same thing as if which are using your plain hands Your plain hands is cross-contaminated my food too because you're not using gloves You're wiping your hands on your clothes and then you're touching everything else and then you think you going to turn around and touch my food too Wake up people start caring about yourself and what you put in your body
