This place went downhill fast. Its a shame because I used to love Boston Market. I knew something was off when I approached the store and noticed that one of the lighted letters in the sign outside wasn’t working—always a red flag in my book—and there were pieces of paper taped to the door announcing in scribbled magic marker that they were sold out of certain side dishes. I walked and noticed all the tables and chairs were pushed to one side of the restaurant—a clear indication that you were to take your order to go. I thought, “uh oh.” I placed an order for a family dinner with a couple of sides. The chicken was like warm and rubbery. The mashed potatoes were clearly a mix from dry concentrate….they tasked like paper. I was so put off by the experience that I told my wife we’d never come again.

Store was closed during prime business hours on Saturday. They must be closing down either temporarily or permanently soon.

Apparently, they aren't open for dinner anymore. Have been there twice in a few weeks around 5pm and the doors are locked and the lights are out. They are listed as being open until 8pm but that isn't the case. There are no notes on the door offering an explanation, the place is just closed. It had been declining for awhile offering less and less sides and main entree choices, but now they are simply not open at all.

This place is going to close down. It’s been a while since we had Boston Market and this was the last time. The lady taking our order had to walk away during placing our order to tend to her personal banking issues? The rotisserie chicken was ok. The mashed potatoes were weird. Beyond bland and I’m pretty sure they are using boxed potatoes. The gravy was very thin and had a strong taste of sage. They were out of cornbread. Too bad. I used to enjoy Boston Market.

Only giving 2 stars because staff was very nice. But WOW was that NASTY. I LOVE Boston Market so I was very excited to realize I was near one. I ordered the meat loaf with corn and mashed potatos and gravy. First of all the meat loaf had like no seasoning, and I kept getting these little hard white pieces?? Not sure if they are bone or not (see picture for reference) but it was NASTY and after like the 3rd time of it happening I couldn't even finish it. The mashed potatos tasted like watered down box potatos and the corn was bland. Don't recommend this at all. I don't know of it's just here or all Boston markets but I'm very disappointed. The ONLY thing that was good was the corn bread and sprite that I got (in a bottle) because every single drink fountain beverage was "out" except diet coke. Even the tea and lemonade next to it had signs posted saying "out"

This Boston Market has stolen my money! I ordered 35 dollars worth of food to be delivered and tipped the driver and my order was cancelled and I have not been refunded. They will not answer my calls. I would not order from here.

Stopped by to pick up a chicken caesar salad to go. I won't be back. Much of the chopped romaine had "pink ends"...yuck. The chicken was dried out and many pieces were completely inedible--rock hard. Even the tiny cornbread muffin was dry and over-baked. I'm disgusted. In response to someone else's comment, I say close up shop. The woman who took my order was friendly enough, but she did me no favors with the crappy greens and the dried up meat. Nope.

Ordered a meal deal that came with 3 chickens, corn bread, and 6 sides. They were out of many side options and I am pretty sure they were out of seasonings and butter because what they did have was very bland and overcooked. There was something not right about the Mac and cheese. It was very bad. I am thinking about sending it to get lab tested because something was wrong with it. It tasted very weird(aside from no seasoning and way over cooked) first and last time at Boston market.

This place should not be open! I am not even from here, and it was the worst Boston Market I have ever had. She no salads, no turkey, only chicken. She had no fountain pop either. I literally paid $8 for some Mac and cheese, and potatoes ?‍♀️ ridiculous. The potatoes tasted like water to top it all

I haven't to this restaurant in 10 years. My friend invited me to have dinner with her. It was a horrible experience. They only had chicken and a couple of sides. The food was cold. None of the soft drink dispensers worked. No ice tea. No napkins. Worst experience

This place just needs to either get their shit together or close up shop. We ordered online at 730pm on a Monday. It said it would be ready at 8:15. We got there at 8:05 and a sign was on the door that basically stated with terrible grammar that they had to close at 8. Which I get it sometimes shit happens, you're short staffed whatever but fk sake at least call someone so they don't drive to pickup a carry out that isn't even being prepared. To top that off they still charged our credit card. Phone calls went unanswered for multiple days and it wasn't until I sent corporate an email that they refunded the charge back to the card we used without not even an apology. I'd give them 0 stars if I could as this isn't the only bad experience we have had here and after this last time will not be returning

The quality has went down over the years. It may be under new ownership. The food is bland. Never has pies. Food is served in white carryout boxes. Mash potatoes are thin and most sides are just nasty. Not the same from maybe 4 years ago. It's sad because I really like Boston market. They catered my wedding. But this place is not the same as it was.
