The best place to go for chicken tenders in the area. Perfect meat-to-breading ration, and every order is cooked fresh to order.The best side is hands down the potatoes. Service was great, woman working counter was very friendly

I ordered online. I arrived at the stated pickup time. They said 4 minutes. 25 minutes later the food came out. If I didn’t go back to the counter to ask about it I may have been there another 10. They were out of butter and forgot tartar sauce. The definition of mismanagement. Food and service have been spiraling downward for years.

They forgot to give me boasted potatoes with my dinner. Chicken was a bit overdone. $18.00! I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
I’ve been here half a dozen times or more. The chicken and shack potatoes are great, but the service is awful. The employees seem to move in slow motion and most of the time, they’re all in the kitchen, to include whoever is supposed to be dealing with customers up front. Very frustrating. I suspect employee turnover is high so ownership understandably doesn’t want to invest a lot of energy in training them.

I ordered this messed up chicken sandwich below. They used to make the chicken sandwich with a breast now they are making it with a chicken tender. The tender was dry & hard. Over cooked. I called the restaurant & asked about the sandwich & the young lady put me on hold & came back and said they make the sandwich with a tender. Ok, if you want to use a tender, then use 2. Make sure they're not dried out.HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING.
