We have always loved TCBY! Which is why I gave them 5 stars. However, one of the employees last night in a blue shirt was extremely rude to my fiancé. On 7/18 we decided to go to tcby at 9:45 because we wanted to treat our friends to some frozen yogurt. My fiancé was literally asked “what do you want”, with a very rude attitude and eye rolling. Love the frozen yogurt here, but good gosh does it smell gross in there. Stopped going there because it hits you right in the face and I lose my appetite. I'm not sure if it's a rancid sof-serve yogurt machine in there or what, but it's a combination of sweaty feet, BO, moldy towel locker room, and chlorine.
