They are deep and layered, and have the perfect spice.My daughter had the Jungle Mussels. The broth could be a meal on its own with the garlic toast to dip in it. The chicken curry (KHAO SOI ) was also the most flavorful version I’ve had. My only pause was the whole drumstick. I would have preferred smaller pieces in the broth than picking apart the chicken off the bone. The Coconut pan cake appetizer was fun and different. So delicious. My daughter had the non-alcoholic blackberry and cardamom tea. I had the Special Thai tea with rum.
