“They were out of almost everything I wanted, and our sweet foam cold brew came with their "whip" on top, which is not only not what's supposed to be on there, it's also gross in general. LolEdited to 4 stars because of non argumentative owner response. Thank you.“

“I have only gone through the drive thru here, but I have gone dozens of times without issue. They ran out of stoppers once, but everything else has been on point. Incredibly friendly and curtious staff. The turkey bacon egg white sandwich is delicious and nutritious!Vegetarian options: It's Starbucks.Dietary restrictions: It's StarbucksParking: There are tons of spaces as it shares a building with three or four other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: Yep. ADA compliant.“

“This place beats Starbucks in every aspect. Taste, price, employees, atmosphere, wait time, and everything else is significantly better than the mess of a Starbucks down the road. These employees stay up till 10pm to serve the community unlike those charlatans who tap out at 8pm at the Starbucks next door. The coffee actually taste like coffee and not dirt/cowshit like the coffee at the Starbucks down the road. Tim Hortons definitely gives them some competition but I think Dunkin is the best sport in the area right now.“

“Recently moved to the area and stopped in for the first time. The barista, Rachel, was very kind and made an EXCELLENT hot mocha latte (she made my Monday a lot better). Later learned their proceeds help the fight towards human trafficking. All around such a lovely experience and business. Happy to have a coffee shop that is right on my way to work that helps fight something that is SO important.“

“We went there with a group from work. The pizzas were amazing and piping hot. We had a birthday in the group and they made a dessert pizza that tasted like a churro (to the next level). Great service, great atmosphere and great taste. Definitely a high recommendation to visit this place. We will be back and I will be taking my family here soon.“

“I go here every other week to have coffee with my son, who lives about an hour & a half away from me -- Brighton's the halfway point. The food & coffee are great. We normally meet up on Wednesdays, although we did try once in a Friday & it was far more crowded. If you want a savory breakfast pastry, you have to get there earlier than 9 am on a Friday. At 9, there are still some Wednesday savories available. (Note: I do appreciate the store not wasting food, & if I am "stuck" eating a sweet, ah, poor me. ;-) The food is fine -- worth the occasional splurge. We've been coming here in the fall & winter so far. The view from the upper room is lovely, so I am looking forward to sit-outside weather (there is a patio). There's free parking in the back.As noted, I visit to have a human conversation, so I don't have first hand experience of the wifi, but I do see people working on their computers, & I haven't heard complaints.Parking: The city offers free parking behind the store fronts on the block. There are maybe 7 spaces next to the back of this place. It's a one-way drive through that parking lot to the end where the store is. So if you discover there are no close spaces, you have to exit by crossing a sidewalk (helpful traffic mirror!) & then going back in about a block away & grabbing the first spot you see farther away.Wheelchair accessibility: As best I can tell, wheelchair access is available through the back, but someone has to hold the door. The lower dining area is a bit crowded to freely move around but people will probably move to help you get by. There are bathrooms on the ground floor. I have never entered from the front. For the last 5 years of his life, my husband was wheelchair-bound, so I'm familiar with accessibility issues, but I didn't come to this place until after his death, so I don't have personal experience.“

“I love Bagels and Bites! It’s pretty much the only bagel place in Brighton, but let me tell ya, they do bagels right! They have a huge variety of bagels from unique flavors like traverse city cherry to more common ones like everything and asiago. Service is always quick and employees are friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!“

“I go to this location 4-6 mornings a week for the last 6 months or so. It is also 10 minutes out of my way each morning and I pass two other locations to go to this one. No other Bigby I’ve ever stopped at compares. The team here is awesome and very friendly. Also very quick service even when they are busy. Look forward to seeing their smiling faces each morning! Thank you!!“
