“I've been wanting to try a local coffee chain for a long time. And oh boy Starbucks and McDonald's here comes the competition! It's a lovely shop on the second story of the building you get a beautiful view of bustling downtown linden out the window and the choices where excellent. The customer service was fantastic and extremely friendly and so were the the customers too!“

“This location was packed for lunch when I was there for the noonish lunch rush. Every employee I saw was so busy and yet very courteous. They were running food out to cars left and right. The lobby was constantly being cleaned and organized. The Holloween decor was very well done. Food was absolutely hot fresh and delicious and was brought directly to the table. If there had been a tip jar I would have thrown in a 20$. Parking is a bit odd and tight. The drive thru was very efficient.Parking: Parking runs along the west side and the spaces are tight for anything more than a compact ?. 2 handicap spots that are located in a good location. No parking lot drains for wheelchairs to get stuck on, fllat and smooth to entrance doorKid-friendliness: 2 highchairs were availableWheelchair accessibility: 2 parking ?️ ♿ spaces located across from entrance. Traversing across to entrance can be a little precarious with how fast the cars enter from the road. Just use caution. Otherwise parking lot is smooth and easy to traverse in a wheelchair ?‍ ?‍ ?‍ chair.“

“Absolutely love this place. The food and drinks are delicious. My only complaints are they close at 4pm and you have to get there early because when they run out of their amazing soups, they don't make more. My get there early for soup. Like 10-1030am early.Parking: The drive through is a bit wonky with its set up. But love this place over all.“

“Got a flight of ice cream. You get to choose 4 different flavors and it comes on a wooden plank you get to keep. Got the bubble gum, orange pineapple, Anniversary cake and the banana pudding, all fantastic. The banana pudding was my favorite.“

“I just shared about the music and that was fun. Lively seen on Sunday morning. I talked to the bartender and she made me a custom drink since I'm such a lightweight I think it was dragon's blood and Sprite. The taters gonna tate. I added turkey sausage to was total yum and enough for me to have two meals since I'm such a small eater.“

“I love this location of Biggby on Hill Rd. The staff is always nice and attentive. I tend to try new things so I ask for recommendations from the staff! Today I was recommended Electric Dragon ( Blast Energy Drinks ) and it's a nice, tart yet sweet drink. Lovin it! As for my boyfriend he always (..always) gets the German Mocha ( Hot )! So anyways yes 5 star. I like this place and recommend coming here.Vegetarian options: You can build your own drink and probably make it vegan as well.Kid-friendliness: Staff is friendly. Post board for local community fliers. Chalk on wall with inspirational quotes. It's feels like a cozy place but it's actually very open on the inside. Chairs and tables to sit while waiting.Parking: In a outlet mall next to Bangkok Peppers and Subway. No Drive-thru here. Lots of parking. Blacktop (watch for potholes! Pure Michigan haha)Wheelchair accessibility: I am sure you can wheel through the door. There are no stairs. There is just the mild lift of the sidewalk from the parking lot.Dietary restrictions: You can build your drinks! The staff is very helpful with this.“

He made me a sample of all the holiday drinks so I could find a new favorite. Not many out there like him. I thank you for going the extra mile, you are an example of what customer service should be.
