This location lacks the available donuts provided by its sister store in Ferndale. Not a good look! When it provides more, it will deserve a better rating.

Pulled in around 2:30 on Sunday. Orders the new churros donut and a sour cream donut. The churro showed up with no cinnamon sugar and broke in half like super stale bread. Asked for a replacement and was given a stale glazed donut. Btw the sour cream was stale as well. Not recommended.

I love that their store hours are early in the morning. I was there at 7 am, got in, bought LG coffee, and dozen donuts and still made it to work on time.

Ordered through Uber eats and a Dunkin donuts employee called me from a strange number telling me they had no donuts. They told me to cancel and when I did I was still charged for the donuts. Uber eats won't refund me because they claim that they started to prepare my order and have to be compensated... Prepare what?? They didn't have anything left. This is more than an hour before closing. I called this location and the number doesn't work or they have it off the hook. I won't be buying from Dunkin donuts or Uber eats anymore.

Coffee was decent. The WORST hard, burnt bagel I ever had. If it weren't so far from my job I would've returned it. My son enjoyed his chicken wrap. The line moved incredibly slow for 7am.

The employees at this Dunkin’ Donuts were very unhelpful and inconsiderate to me yesterday. I was doing work across the street and I came into the Dunkin’ after getting a cut on my finger which was visibly bleeding by the time I got to the Dunkin. I asked to use the public restrooms (which were locked) so I could wash my cut hand and put my bandaid on. Every worker behind the counter had a different explanation to why I could not use the public restroom. One said they had lost the key, one said they only have an employee restroom, and one said they don’t allow public to use the restroom. All while not even offering me to use their sink or handing me a napkin. Then I asked how do they use the bathroom when they have to - bc dunkin can’t just not give their employees a restroom at their place of work.A worker said they have to walk over to the adjoining Aldis when they have to use the restroom.I understand keeping public bathrooms locked or not allowing public to use unless u buy something even. But in this situation, there should have been exceptions made or even the smallest bit of human decency shown. Not just one employee but 5 employees stood and watched while I literally dripped blood down my finger and they did not care. They proceeded to lie (terribly) about their bathroom and not even offer me a napkin until I basically begged.END of story - ended up using the next door ALDIs bathroom, where a worker politely let me in and even gave me disinfectant spray and wipes. When I asked him if Dunkin’ workers had to use their restroom every day, he said he had no idea what I was talking about and he works every day at Aldi and would know if they used the bathroom there.I didn’t even have the food here but the terrible experience with the rude workers here is enough to make me never want to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. I never usually write reviews about anything - Call me dramatic but they ruined an already rough day, with their awful awful people skills and rudeness. PSA for anyone going to this Dunkin’.

This was once a decent location. Now it caters to homeless people instead of paying customers. I paid, then stood and watched my matcha get cold for over 7 min because the cashier let it sit, then started to help people who came in after me or who people were not even ordering anything. (Non customers needing a restroom key.) As the cashier took additional minutes to help the bathroom situation, I asked for a refund. No one wants a hot drink that’s been sitting almost ten minutes. They also do not understand the term “extra hot.” Drinks are usually warm.As for the atmosphere, homeless people are coughing up their lungs and sleeping inside of the store. Another reason I canceled my order. Filthy and disgusting, and the owners could care less if you return or not.

It's only 6:15 pm. The doors to the lobby are locked and people are sitting inside. The few times I came to this location, the cashiers have not been very friendly, and don't even smile. Will not be returning.

Every time I visit this location, all tables are dirty, chairs turned every which-way, floors littered with napkins and straw wrappers, literally every time. Today I visited @ 1:45pm, to the same scenario of an untidy and unclean seating area. I ordered my small dark roast and it was handed to me promptly but obviously the coffee had been sitting a while because it was barely room temperature. I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands, because that’s pretty standard, wash your hands when entering from the outside before eating or drinking. I was informed that there was no public restroom, that they were for staff only. How is it legal to have a food establishment without sinks or toilets to use… last time I checked, it was mandatory any place that offers interior seating for dining or drinking MUST have working restrooms. I then asked if someone could please clean a table for me since they were all trashed. Everyone paused and looked confused for several moments, then one female staffer (who was on her cell phone the entire time) came to the seating area with a spray bottle and towel and hurriedly and half cleaned two tables, while leaving all the chairs turned every which way but she didn’t bother to clean the other 4 table which were also all trashed. Why do we as black people put up with this type of service from people who aren’t apart of our community, who really have no vested interest in serving us properly. This type of treatment would NOT be tolerated north of 8 Mile Road.
