Slowest Biggby I have ever been to. Not just a one off slow day always slow. Expect to wait 8 minutes if nobody else is a head of you. Staff if friendly though, just slow service

Was in the drive thru for about 30 minutes in total. 15 minutes was waiting to order which was fine but waiting 15 additional minutes to pay and get drinks which was just two iced lattes was pushing it. The drive thru was busy before i arrival but there was only 3 cars in front. Afterwards when it was my turn it was only my car and another car behind me I don't understand the point of drive thru if its gonna take this long.

It hurts to leave a negative review for a Biggby but it was time. This location has always been a little slow with service but everything was always so delicious and well made we just ignored it. Today though, was my last straw.It took a few minutes to order, fair. But then at the window 5,10, 15 minutes and as I took out my phone to see if I had enough time to just go to a different Biggby the window opens. The woman tells me how much and offers NO apology for my wait. I’ll admit I was pretty cold handing my items for scan and pay. Then after another few minutes on top of that waiting for my items. I told her have a good day and she doesn’t say anything and shuts the window. I understand we all have a bad day but wow. Soo with that, I’ll go to a different one even if it’s a couple miles away because there I know I’ll be respected and I’ll show the same. Oh, I’m not the only one to complain about the wait for this location. If management sees this, please fix for anyone else that decides to use this location.Thank you.

I've been a die-hard Starbucks fan for years after a bad experience with a Biggby manager years ago. Then, this last summer I decided to visit Biggby when our local Starbucks was closed. I was pessimistic about visiting, at best! But WOW, I was so pleasantly surprised by the baristas and the the excellent drinks. One barista, Kate B. has become my favorite barista, and I always try to time my visits for when she's on shift! She has excellent drink suggestions always, even when I don't know what I want, and she's great at up-selling me! I always end up with extra add ons when she's on shift and never regret it. I've only been to Starbucks TWICE in the last 6 mo, I'm a true Biggby convert thanks to this store experience and your amazing baristas!

My recent visit to Biggby was beyond disappointing it was infuriating. Despite my initial affinity for the cozy atmosphere and decent coffee, a string of unsettling incidents shattered any positive perceptions I had. Not only is the place consistently understaffed, with just one overwhelmed barista trying to juggle everything, but I also witnessed appalling behavior at the drive-thru. The barista there seemed more interested in flirting with customers than actually serving them. During that visit I saw the timer on their computer hit a whopping 10 minutes while she continued her inappropriate conversation. It's completely unacceptable. If she's that desperate for attention, maybe she should consider a dating show instead of holding up the drive-thru line OF A COFFEE SHOP. The lack of professionalism is staggering. And let's not forget the chaos caused by employees' unruly children, turning the place into a chaotic daycare center from hell. What seems to be their mother, is constantly yelling at them from behind the counter, if I wanted to hear that I would've gone to like a chucky cheese. The messy bathrooms are just the cherry on top of this disaster. Management needs to step up and address these issues immediately, or they'll continue hemorrhaging customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this circus at all costs. I wouldn't return even if they offered free coffee for life.

I would give this place 5 stars only because Jose is always going above and beyond to make sure he gets my drink and food right, on the other hand there is a lady Kate or Katy that has her kids there sometimes, and have left the bathroom a mess, and when she takes my order, I feel as though I am being rushed, I try to avoid this place when she’s there, Maurice and Conner are great as well and they give me the same treatment as Jose, being kind, patient, thoughtful, and overall make me feel great when I go there, but that one lady makes me want to stop coming here completelyKid-friendliness: It is apparently very kid friendly, they even let the employees bring in their kids as a part time day care

Maurice and José are the hardest working employees I've seen at any location! As a former employee, I know how intense these rushes can get and today these guys rocked it all by themselves. Great customer service, kept a good attitude, and kept up on all drinks. Very impressive and wonderful young guys-- while they're here it'll always be my favorite location!

I asked what kind of sandwiches they had (since they have new seasonal options all the time) and the barista wasn’t helpful and gave me an attitude.
