I've been to this Biggby a couple of times and had a good experience. I have a dairy allergy so I always order with coconut or oat milk and they've never made my drink wrong.
I don’t really go to Biggby, as I shop at Starbucks a lot but I am beyond glad that I did tonight. Not only were the people there extremely kind, but they completely understood me and made me feel extremely welcomed. I believe their names were Maurice and Jose, as it said that on the board, and I just wanted to thank them I guess for making this visit one to remember. Maurice and José are the hardest working employees I've seen at any location! As a former employee, I know how intense these rushes can get and today these guys rocked it all by themselves. Great customer service, kept a good attitude, and kept up on all drinks. Very impressive and wonderful young guys-- while they're here it'll always be my favorite location!
