Disappointing, food was cold because of a mistake on their part regarding the website and online ordering. Multiple items missing. The owner called and told me he'd make it right with almost double my meals worth in coupons to give it another try. Never received the coupons and can't get ahold of the owner.

The owner/manger guy has been rude since the day they opened and now the employees have the same attitude. The second you walk up to the counter you are inconveniencing the employees. I ordered the brisket and got a plate full of chopped up fat. Literally 70% of the "meat" was just fat. I brought it back up to the counter and nicely asked if I could get more meat instead of a plate of fat and the girl threw a fit. She told me "thats what I gave you and you can eat it or buy another plate". The food and service has been going downhill since day one and this was my last straw. I will not be back. Reading other reviews, I think that most locals also have had the same experience. Maybe this place can stay afloat with tourist money but no one local will pay $18 for a terrible experience.Also, their prices have jumped 30% in the last year. Last year the Westerner sandwich meal cost 9.99 and right now it is 14.50.

I dont know where to start. It was a terrible experience the minute we walked in the door. There was no greeting from the girl she started out by telling us what they didn’t have. My husband and I ordered food and somehow were charged for 3 meals. I paid $51 for our 2 meals. I told her there was a mistake and she told me she would go to the back and push a button but she couldn’t do it right now and was not able to give me a receipt. I could watch my bank account and would see the refund. Who knows if I will ever see the $11. My tray of food was tossed over to the counter and was cold! Pulled pork has no sauce? It was just cold dry meat.Her attitude just sucked. I’m not sure what her problem was. I even asked her at this point why she was having a bad day? Thank you Amanda, I will never go to Dickeys again #bigyellowcup

I've been there 2 times and my experience was not consistent. The first time I got a platter and it was good. The second time a pulled pork sandwich that was too fatty for my tastes. The staff there can be inattentive.

Stopped in Sunday night only people in store. Took 5 mins for one of the 2 employees to recognize we were there Didn't ask if we had any questions took our order then informed use they were out of fries. Chips aren't the same. Can't remember last time I left a restaurant still hungry. Will mot be eating here again.

The Food that we did receive from our order, was good... The rest of our order that wasn't in the delivery, I'm not sure how it would have been. Just know that I didn't get my full paid order and this is on the list of places not to order from due to not receiving the products I paid for. Can not say if it is Dickeys or Doordash but this is second place ive ordered from not knowing was doordash delivery and been cheated on my food both times. Dominos is getting old but they deliver their own food and have not had any issues in 4 years. Others should follow their lead. So , NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF GETTING DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET FULL PAID ORDER. If you eat in-house or pick up your order and can see that half the order is missing, yeah go ahead the food i did receive was good. Just got ripped off on a 100$ tab.
The ribs were black, overdone or yesterday’s, all dried out and tough. That’s two out of four times. If I didn’t have a gift card I wouldn’t have gone back. I even asked if they were fixed today. Never again!!

Bill total to food ratio zero stars..... the amount you pay for the amount of food you get is sad. I know businesses need to survive and stay a float but my gosh. I was so dissapointed when getting our food for the amount we paid that it totally slipped my mind to get a picture for proof. Maybe make your French fries bags smaller too so you can give as little as you give and not look like customers are getting ripped off. First and last time ever at a Dickey's after this experience.

This location is THE WORST Dickies I've been to, so far. They don't carry many if the items listed on the menu AND they were running out of meats two hours before they closed. Lazy millenials have destroyed this restaurant!
