I've been there 2 times and my experience was not consistent. The first time I got a platter and it was good. The second time a pulled pork sandwich that was too fatty for my tastes. The staff there can be inattentive.
Had an issue where someone placed an order on my account at this store when I live in Los Angeles - store level service was great. They canceled the order and gave me the owner's personal cell number to get information as to how to call corporate to stop it from happening again. Craig was amazing as to who to get in contact with and wanted me to call him back and let him know how I made out. This place is amazing!! I thought to myself..I better take a picture before I eat it all . THIS is like tasting my family's cooking in Memphis! Always Fresh and Homemade ❤️. The workers here are very kind and the place smells amazing and it is emaculate! From the Spinach dip to the Rib Tips !!!
