This was my first time finding a restaurant that completely met my strict dietary needs, and it was exceptional. Nearly everything on the menu could be adjusted or modified. The cauliflower rice was a big suprise, typically a soggy or soft dish, they made it in a way that is reminiscent of couscous, an absolute essential if you visit here.
