Pretty good! We were in town and stopped for lunch. It's your typical Mexican restaurant inside - bright colors, mariachi music. The staff was friendly and the service was FAST! We ordered and the food was out in less than five minutes. It was delicious. Everyone was happy with what they ordered (tacos, nachos and chimichangas).

What a pleasant surprise. We stopped for an early dinner while the car was in repair. We had no idea how nice Taqueria Vallarta was. The selection was large, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Then there's the food, perfect. I had tacos, Carne asada, with cilantro and onions. My GF got the California burrito and ate it all. We're definitely returning. Thank you for running a top notch business.

Foods tastes great everytime . Hot and fresh!! Highly recommend. Don't like having to go get drinks at a separate spot. Still great tho

Friendly staff but the food is underwhelming and overpriced. Holland has a lot of great options and is a tough market for this cuisine. They do have a nice selection of options, beer on tap, and a nice interior.

The service was great our server was attentive and very good. The food was ok. I have had much better quality. The restaurant wasn't busy and seemed clean. It was our first time there and would probably give it another try.

We really enjoyed Curragh! So much so that we ate dinner here two nights in a row! First night we started with the Shrimp Ballyvaughan, which was delicious and followed with Fish & Chips and Shepherd's Pie. The cod fillets had a crisp Guinness-laced batter that was perfectly fried to a golden brown while leaving the cod flaky tender. The shepherd's pie was delicious. Second night we shifted to the Dublin Burger and the Mash-up Bowl with crispy chicken. Not quite as filling as the first night, which was OK. Our servers, Kendra and Tristen, took good care of us.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The menu is amazing, the drinks are reasonably priced and the food is excellent (and authentic). If you're jonesing for Mexican food, this is your place.

There's something special about finding a Mexican restaurant that's different in west Michigan. So many follow a formula, albeit successful, it's nice to break out. Taqueria Vallarta does just that in the best possible way. Yes, all your favorites are there, but with some nice additions, some twists on classics and no shortage of spice or flavor. Nothing was bland. Nothing felt like the "white guy" version of what we really want. I got a steak and cheese burrito and it had nice spice! Covered in queso, with verde it was punchy, fresh and super cheesy. My wife got a chicken and steak burrito and I just confess, hers was better. Spicier, and with more fresh greens but both were excellent. Even our toddlers quesadilla with refried beans was exceptional. Where the lose a star is the dining room. It dark and very loud. Throw some college students in there (next door is Hope college), a couple drinks or a sporting event on the tv and you can't hear yourself think. Service was great. Very clean and parking was easy. We'll be back for sure

Stopped here for a late dinner on a Saturday while staying downtown. Restaurant was a short walk from hotel and not very crowded for a Saturday night, we were seated quickly. Server was friendly and helpful. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time after orders were taken, tasty and plentiful.

Had a great time. Went for a late lunch. Sat outside in the beautiful weather to enjoy the neighborhood. The food was tasty, the drinks were great, and Schafer, our server, was awesome.

Charming corner pub with a beautiful outdoor dining patio edged by gorgeous flower garden on one side and fun view of downtown on others. But, food was delicious. I got a Reuben and my husband got the fish tacos. He doesn’t usually say much about food, but he raved about them. Mine was awesome as well. Fun experience. Would definitely go again.

My favorite dishes are the Fish and chips, and the Irish stew. Also enjoyed their summer-only non-alcoholic beverage as well. Always enjoy dining outside.

Mediocre in every way, from the host stand to the service to the wait to the food. If you have food allergies, they have no desire to accommodate—I recommend you eat somewhere else. The best thing about this place is that they have a large patio. We won’t be back.
