“Nice atmosphere and selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and bowls. Very clean and comfortable. Modern decor. Only complaints is the chicken which is frozen processed meat (spongy texture & salty) rather than fresh cooked chicken breast. Won’t get chicken there again for this reason.“
“Being from out of town we have only had pizza from Papa Romano’s a few times now.This time around we tried ordering online and realized quickly after that our order was sent in to a location on the other side of the state. After calling the store that received our order and receiving a very rude response and refusal to help in trying to fix the mistake, I called the Holland, MI store. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager, looking to place my order with them and get a corporate contact to try and deal with the issue with the other store further.Listening to what happened, and truly caring about us as customers, the manager went above and beyond to make things right for us. The mistake was made by us, the poor service was from the other side of the state, but the Holland store turned a negative experience for my family into a stellar one. It’s great to know great customer service still exists. We look forward to the next time we come to town and will be calling our order in next time.“
“I was not planning on getting Chick-Fil-A that day. It was Saturday, January 20 around 12:30pm, and I was out and about shopping. The smell of their waffle fries was so good! So… I followed the sweet aroma of the food…I ended up in their drive-thru…I bought some Nuggets for my 3 year-old and Spicy chicken deluxe Sandwich for myself. Of course, you gotta have their delicious waffle fries! I went to their drive-thru and a kind young man took my order and his name is Reagan (he’s in one of my pictures- by the white van). He asked how I was doing and asked for my name for the order and he said, “I love serving others. It’s a good feeling. I can’t really describe it, but I like serving.” That just touched my heart!Then I asked for his name for this review purpose. He told me he was named after a president and he learned a lot about President Reagan. I can tell that this young man likes his job and DO LOVE SERVING OTHERS and talking to people!WARNING : Chick-Fil-A has great customer service (outdoor). I would definitely return to get their nuggets and one of their sandwiches. Their drive-thru system is so efficient and so quick, it motivates me to come back in the future!“
“We loved this place! I think the inside was kept clean and a good place for dine in. They have large tables for families. Spring rolls were a huge hit and especially loved the peanut sauce. The rolls were pretty large too.Thai tea was sweet and great accompaniment for my Basil Fried rice which was pretty spicy (6/10).My family ordered Pad See Ew and for their first time trying the food, it was a huge hit. The house special rice was also great with a variety of meats mixed in. The portions are huge and one dish can easily split between two people.“
“Before stopping at Zoup, I had been considering going to Panera. I'm so glad that I decided to go here instead because it was a lovely experience all around! The food was delicious, and all the workers were very kind even though I came in half an hour before closing. I had to leave a couple things out of my grain bowl due to allergies and the girl who made it offered to add more hummus for no extra charge to balance it out. Most of the time, those of us with allergies end up paying more for less because nothing is deducted from the cost of a meal even if you have to leave a few things out. I really appreciated that this was not the case here. I will definitely be back!“
“Staff had good energy, but I didn't want lettuce on my sandwich & ended up with it anyways. Also we ordered the Chili due to being a chilly day out, trying a new sandwich shop. We ordered the chili & I swear it was just chili soup. Pretty much a few tiny pieces of I think meat, like no joke, only like 2 kidney/chili beans in both containers we got, so I'm calling it chili. Smh do better pls & thank u“
