My order got lost in the system I waited like 30 mins but once I asked about my order they fixed it right away an even gave me a discount on my meal an gave me a free taco certificate for my next visit so I wasn't mad an they were very nice about the whole situation.

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes in store while the staff ignored or could not find the order. Eventually it was remade in haste and then one of the staff realized the order had been md already and was just sitting there. Additionally I am a vegetarian, I ordered standard vegetarian items from the menu and was very disappointed to find one of my burritos had been made with beef instead of black beans. I also orderd an side of potatos, which were old stale and disgusting.My recommendation: Go to the other Taco Bell locations in town. It may be farther from where you are but the service and food are better.Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has vegetarian options on the menu, which is great! However if you go to this location in particular, your mileage may vary. Even if you order specifically vegetarian options, if there is a beef or meat "standard" version there's a good chance you will end up with the meat version. The staff is either over busy or careless (pick one, idk.) and will not take the time to ensure your order is made correctly. So you will order an item with black beans, and end up with beef, like I did yesterday.

02/15/24 12:15pm. Walked into the lobby, the manager was cashing someone’s check (several hundred dollars) and she finished. She then rudely told us we had to order through their kiosk. After fumbling through their menu we were unable to get a printed receipt.Food was almost average for the chain—beef tacos were extra greasy. It was $17 for five tacos and one large drink.While eating I noticed an approximately 80yo man come in and stand at the counter to order. After 5 minutes we left and he was still waiting.

This location used to be fine. The last few times I've gone the food and especially the sauces have been underfilled. They also removed some of their value boxes that other locations in town still carry. Will not return until they improve.

They will not take your order inside dining area. There was no one coming through the drive through and person at drive-up window was just staring off into space. One employee was not working said they are having problems finding workers. It is a shame that idle drive-up person cannot see someone is waiting to order.

Never go to this taco-hell please. When we first walked in the bathroom it was a mess and no toilet paper. Then we we ordered our food we had bad service when the cashier being rude and impatient. When we received our food my cheese quesadilla was not cut nor was the cheese melted, our 2 orders of cinnamon twists were ROCK HARD. Then finally I ordered a frozen baja blast that had something slimy that wasn't supposed to be in it, made me throw up. Please don't go here I beg.

There has been too many problems for me to ignore. Multiple times I asked for a beef burrito and they gave me steak that I do not like. Multiple times we've pulled up and they've told us they have the outside lights off on purpose to have people think they aren't open. Tonight was the second time my husband ordered on the app, pulled in and they informed him they didn't have beef and wouldn't substitute with another meat but rather rice, black beans or potatoes. At this point I'm upset because I ordered for the meat in my tacos. My husband pulls around to ask to cancel the order and they tell him, never mind we have beef. ?? I used to rave about my food and service here but it's been really bad for at least six months if not longer.Vegetarian options: Vegetarians shouldn't actually eat at a taco bell for the dietary options

Soft Shell burritos are terrible, not even half filled, nearly inedible. Edit: It actually hurt to bite into my other burrito. Used to be really good, but their standards are slipping.
