02/15/24 12:15pm. Walked into the lobby, the manager was cashing someone’s check (several hundred dollars) and she finished. She then rudely told us we had to order through their kiosk. After fumbling through their menu we were unable to get a printed receipt.Food was almost average for the chain—beef tacos were extra greasy. Lint in the fries. Yes, LINT! Missing burrito. Cream drink not stirred so all the cream was pooled on the bottom. Cheese cup was thrown in the bag so the cheese was all over the food. They fixed the issues, which is why my review is not 1 star. This restaurant is very very careless.
I would rate Taco Bell with a 3.7-star review based on my recent experience. While I did encounter a problem with their app, resulting in an incorrect order, I appreciate that Taco Bell swiftly addressed the issue. They promptly resolved the mix-up by ensuring that I received the correct food items that I had originally ordered.
