Just go somewhere else If you like slow and not cooked food I know it’s tough to find people to work at all but the manager was talking rely loud to the guy who was the only one taking orders to the people in the cars and he also said really loud if you have a problem McDonald’s and Taco Bell are hiring feal so bad for the kid who was working taking the food to the cars.

Went there last night and are we ever sorry for going. The burgers we dry like they had been sitting around for hours. The fries were cold and limp. Thought they were making the fresh. Go to McDonald's or Taco Bell way better.

God-awful drive through, waited 15+ minutes and not a single car in the line was served. only movement was people ahead giving up because of the lack of service.

Last 2 times in drive thru, it's weird they won't take your order until the car ahead of you pays and gets their food. Makes it extremely slow, food was cold, and the workers were on their cell phones, which serving food makes that gross

This location has very slow service and poor order accuracy. You can tell the building is dated and unclean. I thought the Wendy’s on the south side of Holland was bad about order speed and accuracy until I came here. If you really want Wendy’s in the Holland area, I’d try the south side location, but don’t set your expectations too high.

I placed an order via the drive-through. Although the service was friendly, the order taker seemed rushed. When I got to the window and paid, the cashier asked me to pull up ahead and wait past the drive-through line because my food was not ready. I looked behind me and there was not a single car, so I was quite puzzled. My credit card then dropped and I had to get out of the card to pick it up. I could see how stressed and worried the cashier looked. Finally, I pulled forward and waited somewhere between five and 10 minutes for my food. During this time, no one else was in the drive-through. I’m gathering they have some sort of time goals for getting people through the drive-through, but these metrics are not accurate if people wait in other areas. It was such a strange experience. Food was as expected.

Went to the north river Wendy's 3 days ago at 4:30pm to get a chocolate frosty and waited 45min only to get told to F off and that the dining room was closed. The dining room was a mess, trash was falling out of the trash cans, bathroom was filthy, lack of respect from the general manager since he was the one that said to F off and that they were closed. Never go to north river Wendy's.

The service was horrible. I stood in line inside for over half an hour. While the person in front of me was with me, her food was cold before. I even got waited on. don't suggest you come here.
