This location has very slow service and poor order accuracy. You can tell the building is dated and unclean. I thought the Wendy’s on the south side of Holland was bad about order speed and accuracy until I came here. If you really want Wendy’s in the Holland area, I’d try the south side location, but don’t set your expectations too high.

I placed an order via the drive-through. Although the service was friendly, the order taker seemed rushed. When I got to the window and paid, the cashier asked me to pull up ahead and wait past the drive-through line because my food was not ready. I looked behind me and there was not a single car, so I was quite puzzled. My credit card then dropped and I had to get out of the card to pick it up. The young man working the window (May 25, 2023 at 8:55pm) was great. There was an older man there also but I only saw him walking around inside and mostly outside the building. The young man at the window was taking orders, getting the food together and serving it. In other words doing it all! There was a wait but it was well worth it. It's hard to give great and friendly service when you're SO understaffed but this employee did it with a smile!
