“They're pretty good when it comes to execution. Food has always been warm/hot when we get home and eat. They have alittle longer waits but 90% of the time there short staff. I don't blame anyone for that. You can't it's not there fault. The amount of cars and people they get through for the staff they have is impressive. I feel bad for the staff, the stress of being short staffed and having to deal with customers who think they are entitled to literally yell and complain to them about how long it's taking for there food. You are getting a service, not a magical system that just spits out your food just because you want it now. A big shout out to the staff for pulling through. The building inside always seems clean. It's a huge traffic place, so take that in consideration.“
“I went through the drive through, just looking for a little pick-me-up after a rough couple of days. I wasn't expecting much, but the worker who took my order and gave me my food, Edward, was just so completely wonderful. These days workers like that are hard to come by. So often I go to restaurants or fast food places and feel so unwelcomed and unwanted, yet Edward was so kind. Their customer service was 10/10, will definitely be frequenting Wendy's more often because of that.“
“I was absolutely thrilled to finally see this spot open in Creston. I honestly didn't know what to expect but figured after all the anticipation, it would be worth trying. It's definitely a casual dining experience and more of a take-out spot. The menu are all on LED screens and there is so many options to choose from! I kept going back and forth between the shawarma bowl or warp, and opted for the bowl vs. wrap. I got the chicken shawarma bowl while my boyfriend got the lamb shawarma wrap. I definitely liked the bowl much more (a bigger portion size for the cost) than the wrap. While it was good, I don't know if this will be my go to spot. I'd rather drive a little further and have a better dine in experience for the same cost.“
“I love Turnstiles! Amazing burger and best fries in Grand Rapids! They create a new burger every Tuesday to keep things fresh and I have never had anything bad. Service is always friendly and I like how it's the same staff so it feels like they must care for thoer employees. Give them a shot and you will NOT be disappointed.Parking: One of the few places in Grand Rapids where parking is easy.Kid-friendliness: Yeah, it's a bar but I take my son during lunch time and it is always clean and the staff is friendly. Also he he loves the fries and Bosco sticks.“
“Wow, where do I even begin. This place makes my wildest burger dreams come true! Creative menu and always keeping it fresh and exciting. I had great pleasure in watching the team here pump out the orders. They operate as a well oiled machine of love, kindness and deliciousness. This is an establishment so many restaurants could learn from. I cannot wait to go back with every trip I make into GR. Keep up the great work!“
“Excellent double burger meal. Fries and burger tasted great. And a great price. A meal here is less than just a sandwich other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only bad things were the pop machine was warm and no ice and the terrible pink color of the men's restroom. Would definitely recommend, though.“
“I'm not usually big on chain restaurants, but everything here was spot-on! The staff were friendly and responsive, the food was prepared well, and the whole place was super clean. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the area!“
“Kendall was our server and she was a total baddie. Drinks were kept full and the food was hot, just like her. Alaina made my spicy margarita and it was just as spicy as her ;) Lisa, the manager, was fire, she stopped by our table and made sure everything was perfect. We had such a good night and I love coming here.“
“The best breakfast I've had in a very long time reminded me of my grandma's. We also went back for lunch because we heard they had the best burgers. My husband tried the olive burger and was very happy with it, and my cheeseburger was very good. Chili was yummy, too! It's very small but cozy and staff was great! Highly recommended checking out!“
“Went to breakfast with 6 people. Service was a bit slow (they were not busy), but server was very nice. All of our food was cool or cold when we received it. We just ate it & didn't complain, we didn't want to wait again. I will try it again in hopes that it was just a bad instance this time.“
“Austin and his team did a great job providing great service at my company event. The line moved quickly as they served nearly 200 employees in less than two hours. The food tasted great and I heard great feedback from everyone I talked to. We'll definitely have them back again.“
“Absolutely brilliant place that we found by chance whilst exploring Grand Rapids. They are dog friendly, unlike nearly everywhere else nearby, so our greyhound laid by our table and was given a piece of bacon by the staff! The service was fantastic and attentive, including drinks suggestions. The food was delicious and we couldn't finish it all because the portions were so generous. Generally a great atmosphere, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back next time we're in GR!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp in at rear entrance.“
“Not sure whether it was the euphoria of eating a full meal after moving house but those were the best french fries I have ever eaten in my entire life, no exaggeration. Burger and ice cream were good too. Leftovers tasted almost as good the day after, too. I'm very glad I found this place.“
“I just discovered Tip Top! Went to see one of my favorite bands there. What an AWESOME place and what AWESOME people. The atmosphere is spot on. The perfect venue to see a performance. Food and drinks were great The staff treated us like regulars, like they've know us for years. I live an hour and a half away but will DEFINITELY be returning often! Thanks for the experience!“
“Only fast food restaurant I'll eat at. A little pricier than average, but it's better quality and I'll gladly pay the difference.Kid-friendliness: It's a place I feel comfortable bringing my 6 year old. We visit Culver's on average 2-3x a month. I really love their kids meals come with a free scoop of ice cream“
“First time going, and I will be back.Great selection of menu items. It was what I was expecting, based on other reviews. I ordered the shrimp salad, and couldn't have been better. My wife had the tacos and loved them. I would definitely recommend this place.“
“Great vibes. The burgers can be made gluten free and do taste excellent! Be mindful because the burgers come with a fried onion ring, breadcrumbs in the patty, and beer battered fries. All need to be substituted, but our waitress was really helpful. The gf bun isn't advertised anywhere on the menu that I could find. Only came in based on a review that mentioned it. Here's a really gross picture of my half eaten burger:Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun option“
“Today was my first time going. Had a shot and brew with my brother. We both grabbed Italian beefs to go. Delicious, hot and well seasoned. Our bartender I think was the owner was a pretty cool guy laid back and the atmosphere ? super cool. I'm definitely going back and I heard the Chicago dogs are awesome as well. Keep up the good work!!!“
“Mr. Burger in Hudsonville has the best chili dogs in the Grand Rapids area. They're as close to the original "Red Line" or "Red Lion" chili dogs that I've found yet! Their french fries and onion rings are great too!“
“Great spot if your in the area! Great food selection, freshness, and prices. Service was as quick as it could be for the busy Saturday night it was.Parking: Open strip mall- plenty of spotsKid-friendliness: Even with a bar, kid friendly options. Also a photobooth and touchtunes music - kids had a good time.“
“Outstanding Visit. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was delicious. Beer fresh and cold. Lisa the bartender was kind, attentive and professional. Ryan the manager was professional and nice, willing to go out of his way to accommodate guests. Will definitely return.“
“Mr. Burger is a staple for this area of the country. It offers real authentic burgers and breakfast for affordable prices. Larger portions and higher quality than most fast food places and a good family atmosphere. You can tell the value because of the large groups of repeat customers that you can see there any day of the week. A great place to meet and hang out with friends regularly.“
“Just coming here to say I had amazing service at the drive through! The lady taking my order was so sweet! You don’t get that kind of service very often. Thank you for the positivity you spread! I didn’t catch her name but she had purple hair!“
“The employees Stephanie and Anna run this place phenomenally. I mean, the deals and specials they run, the way they treat customers and make people feel at home. These two keep the place alive!!!My girlfriend moved in near by months ago, and spend tons of time there just for the delicious fair priced food, awesome drinks and fantastic atmosphere. Themes every night. Awesome weekend parties. Just try it out!!!“
“We were there from Lansing to see The Hattrick band on Saturday February,3.I believe our waiter's name was Mike. He Seem to be running the whole show on his own he worked his butt off. Never had to wait for our drinks Johnny on the spot..Mike rocks,Thank you from the front table from “
“Stopped in from out of town to grab lunch and we had the best experience! It took less than 5 minutes from the time we walked in the door before our food was at the table. We were greeted and the staff said goodbye on our way out too. Would give 10 stars if I could, they exceeded all expectations!“
“Staff here (kids) dont even pay attention to what is going on to even do their job. Its bad when you come through for lunch and nobody has a clue whats going on when u order things they dont even know if they have it or not. If its a matter of them being new then they need to get better training procedures so this will be a enjoyable establishment again. Ive seen this place run more efficiently with 3 older people compared to these 6 kids“
“This is a great local place to grab a bite to eat and an excellent drink. we had a blueberry cider that was so light and airy yet full bodied. The food consisted of pita chips and feta dip which has a light feta flavor. The buffalo nickel burger was ordered but requested the grilled chicken instead exceptional at meet customer requests. We prefer foods that are low on grease but high on flavor this meets the mark. Would visit them again.“
“Delicious food & great service. I got the fried pickle wraps and the train wreck. Both were great choices! Their fries are delicious. It was our first time there. Our friend group has been trying new places and this was recommended in a Facebook group!“
“My wife and I saw this place on Facebook, and decided to give it a try..What a wonderful surprise!!!!.Mike and Angie, (the owners) were wonderful hosts!.Small, but busy!.The food was fantastic, from appetizers to main dish, to dessert!.Service was impeccable, and spot on!.We'll definitely be going back!.“
“O'Tooles is now open for lunch! This is great news for myself and coworkers who work around the corner. My coworker and I got the "Pick 2 for $10" and were VERY impressed by it. Pick up was simple, the portions were great and it was the perfect lunch. I will be back!Today I got the featured sammy (ham, cheese, dijon mustard on toasted bread) and the chef salad. Both hit the spot and I'm still daydreaming about that wonderful mustard vinaigrette!“
“This place was great. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We stopped on a whim staying close by for the weekend. Will recommend eating here each time we are in town. Excellent breakfast food and bakery items.Parking: Nice big parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Booths and tables, family atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to maneuver around.“
“Awesome dive bar in downtown GR. Close to Van Andel so it’s perfect for drinks and food prior to a game or show. Service was great and very friendly. We asked for other dive bars in the area and all 3 servers were quick to suggest places and make “
“Had breakfast with my son there last week and the server was the only one on. She was doing an amazing job keeping up for being as busy as she was. We were promptly greeted by a male helping her out. He also took our drink orders. He was so kind he even brought over a quarter for my son to use the vending machine after his meal. It was a sweet gesture. All around great experience that made our day. Thank you“
“Had our Valentines dinner date here, and we got there and ate and left just before their dinner rush began. I had their nachos without jalapeños, and my fiancé had their quesadilla. It was really good! Now I've got nachos on my brain. “
“Nice local place. Service is usually very prompt and always has been nice! They let us sit outside even when the outside doors are shut until close. Very accommodating. I've never had their food, so I can't speak to that. Drinks are fine. I'll keep going.“
“Fantastic food. After using meal delivery services for years this blows them out of the water! Easy ordering process and every dish is thoughtful, creative, and delicious. Always with healthy options and portions are appropriate! Highly suggest you try to supplement a busy work week!“
“The food was good. The service was good, and the atmosphere was clean.Parking: When 28th Street is busy, pulling out of the parking lot can be tricky, turn right, and loop around.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver around with a wheelchair or a walker.“
“This place is really good! We've tried the traditional wings, hibachi, chicken philly and bacon burger multiple times. Perfect every time. Great prices and portion sizes. I'll be trying more items! Nice people; you can tell they care about their business and every order they make.“
“I love this place and recently discovered it. The burgers are delicious and reminds me of a Culver's Butter Burger but less butter and way more pickles ?.The atmosphere is unique and reminded me of the old dinner style like Stake and Shake. It was very clean inside and I liked that I could see into the grill area like smash burgers and the other competition. The prices are a little higher here for fast food but they fit into the same bracket as the nicer burger joints without going to a bar or sit down restaurant. If you love a good burger and fries this is definitely a great place to try.“
“Dining area needs to be updated a bit, just enough to take away the overall feel of sitting in a cafeteriaVegetarian options: Peggy omelet the bomb, but I ruin it and add bacon. But if the had spinach I could make it back good again lolWheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access unless it was at the other entrance. I use a motorized chair and no businesses install the automatic door openers.. thanks for taking your time with my concern.“
“Our server Michael is easily %90 of the reason we go here when we stay in GR. That man is an absolute pleasure and is always pleasant. Food is awesome, and the booths are perfect for two crazy kids who want to hurry and eat and go jump in the pool ASAP.“
“I'm incredibly biased as I love Culver's, but this has been one of the best locations I've ever been to. I don't think they've ever messed up an order since I've been going there. The staff is always polite and seem to enjoy working there.Parking: Parking in the lot by the restaurant can get cramped especially when the drive-thru is backed up, but the lot next to it is very open and less troublesome to park. If you can handle walking the extra 100 feet, it's worth it to avoid dealing with the smaller lot surrounding the restaurant.“
“Ok these guys just started a month ago, I discovered them on Google but it did not show up on Yelp - because they weren't listed. Well now they are. Overall a 3.5-star experience but we'll round up to 4-stars. A lot of positives here: - they are open late. I mean, till 3 or 4 am he said? Wowsers. I wasn't sure this area gets patrons that late but I guess they do. - lots of options on the menu here. I like variety. - I got the Philly Beef Sandwich and the Lamb + Chicken on rice. The Philly Beef was good, it's not like a Philly Cheesesteak, but it's respectable for what they do. Meat was slightly dry, I may not get this again but he said it was a popular dish. The Lamb / Chicken on Rice was solid. I've had dishes like this before. Meat was okay, rice was good, they put that white and red sauce on it - - omg they put too much. He said people like it that way - okay - next time I may get extra on the side. - The white sauce they use here - it's not authentic, but it's okay. You can definitely taste the mayo base, but it's not the real McCoy. I think a few more tweaks it can be improved. - The spice table has a lot of offerings here - I like that. Make your own spice concoction. - They have a plethora of desserts to try too. - The burgers and fries here look good. Fries especially, but I skipped those on this night. - The customer service here was friendly. They are eager to please. You can tell they are excited to serve you when you arrive. So overall it was slightly better than "OK" but I would go back here to try their fries and their burgers too. Plus there's fried chicken, fish sandwich, and plenty of other menu options.“
“Quinton did a fantastic job with our service tonight. He was attentive but not overbearing (refilled my drink silently before I even thought to ask for a refill) and overall, I think he does a fantastic job as a waiter. Great demeanor, easygoing and kind. The food was great and came out promptly and was hot too. Overall very pleased.“
“Stopped in for some fries & a Concrete. It was our first time there & the employee at the counter was friendly & helpful! The food was great too, loved the silky smooth custard! Check out Freddy's the next time you're looking for a tasty treat!“
“-Stopped in at 10pm, there was plenty of seating. There were only 12 customers. Long wait for food. Not a quick stop type of place that time of night.-Very relaxed low key environment. Smaller bar with plenty of seating.-Food was delicious. I got an interesting dish called the Poulette Pesate (did not spell that correctly). It’s a honey pepper spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. Had good flavor! I didn’t think it was very spicy personally. But boy was it good. Will be coming back for that again!- Has a wide variety of food option: Pizza, Stromboli, Sandwiches, Burgers.-Serves alcohol. Mixed drinks, Draft, Bottle“
“Went to drive thru, Culvers as usual was great. Person that works in the booth register was great.Parking: Unlimited amount of parking. Very rarely is it super busy. The parking lot is huge no worriesKid-friendliness: Its a great place for kids to come as well“
“Great prices, good food. I got the 6 wing combo with 1 piece tilapia fries and a drink. Also a side of chicken fried rice. The honey bbq wings were delicious ? I wish the fish was a little more crispy but overall over pretty by good. Service was friendly and quick“
“Clean & cordial. Stopped in for a quick late lunch. Greeted with a smile and a warm "Welcome to Culvers". Food was quick & tasty! The best French fries I've had in a while. My only complaint is the temperature in seating area.... super cold. It was a rare warm day for February (73°) which may have thrown the HVAC system for a loop. Don't let that stop you from getting a great meal. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and easy access. Booth seating wheelchair accessible“
